But, after just my first appointment, I was pleasantly excited to begin working with Kelly & her staff here.

But... practically the whole appointment was centered around her political opinions. Before I even started my appointment it began. She had a poster up on the wall for a presidential candidate, and she was talking about the race with the previous client loudly as they came down the stairs. During my whole massage she talked at me about her opinions and I could hardly get a word in(if I did, she would tell me how I was wrong). When I brought up a different subject, she would bring it back to politics. Spending $140 to listen to someone rant wasn't very therapeutic.

No MD, no chiropractor, no Osteopathic Doctor, no massage therapist, no occupational therapist, no acupuncturist, no ND etc etc. etc. Nobody is more highly trained, more experienced, more competent or more passionate about their work - period. Robin and Sarah are among a small group of PTs who use the very most cutting-edge, hands on techniques. They use these techniques and continue to invest copious amounts of their own time and money into training, because the techniques are HIGHLY EFFECTIVE. Patients improve and improve rapidly. I feel very fortunate to have Robin and Sarah helping me recover from a serious whiplash injury. My name is Heidi J Hynes, OTR/L and I approve this message :-)

Review date: January 31, 2026…read more Ballard Rehabilitation Center demonstrated a level of neglect that placed my father's life in immediate danger. My father was discharged from the hospital to this facility for recovery. Within less than two days, due to lack of care and staff negligence, he was rushed to the emergency room in significantly worse condition. My father is non-ambulatory and dependent on staff for basic care. During his stay, his assist/call button was repeatedly ignored, and he was checked on only once over the course of an entire day. Staffing was clearly inadequate, and there was no effective oversight or responsiveness. When I attempted to reach the nursing station, phone calls went unanswered repeatedly. It took seven attempts to reach anyone at the front desk, where staff were rude, dismissive, and focused on explaining "process" rather than addressing an urgent medical concern. I had to demand immediate escalation after my father sounded like he was struggling to breathe and then lost consciousness while I was on the phone with him. Despite these alarming signs, he was left unattended. Only after I insisted on direct action did staff finally check on him. Earlier that day, my father contacted his home caregiver stating he felt unsafe, was not receiving care, and believed he was being prevented from leaving despite requesting discharge. After staff acknowledged he could not be held, he was still left without supervision or assistance. Had I not intervened persistently and demanded action, my father would not have survived to receive the emergency care he is currently undergoing. This was not a misunderstanding, nor an isolated delay -- it was systemic neglect, poor management, and a failure to provide even the most basic standard of care for a vulnerable, dependent adult. We had read prior reviews and hoped this experience would be different. Unfortunately, our experience mirrored the most serious and concerning complaints already documented. I do not recommend this facility. If you care about the safety and well-being of your loved one, take these warnings seriously and advocate aggressively -- or choose another facility entirely.

I have worked with Dave on a few issues in the past and looked forward to doing so again. Ethan was new to me and was excellent through the course of treatment. No complaints, only praise from me. If you have billing issues, be ready. On the first visit for my current PT need, I worked with the office staff to update my insurance changes in their system. In later visits, the admin staff initiated and verified the insurance information. When billed, the old, insurance company was billed. It was of course denied. I emailed Magnolia Physical Therapy, as directed on the website, explaining that my new carriers were to be billed and offered to address any questions. After a week and a half, with no acknowledgment of the error, I called [ over a weekend - my mistake - no chance for them to review] - and left a message explaining the issue and the insurance changes. As my email went unacknowledged for a period of time I was concerned that the issue was not being addressed and would drag on. I called the following Monday, left a message to discuss as I had received another miss-directed bill over the weekend. I received call from billing within the hour and was told issue was being addressed. There was no apology for the incorrect billing, and instead I was reprimanded for "dialing for dollars" referring to my two (2) calls and then schooled on the most efficient way to contact her (good to know). When I tried to address the issue and explain that I had not had communication from my first attempt, I was interrupted, and again schooled in the appropriate way to communicate. Which is "Leave a (only one) voice mail", and I would be gotten back to". My suggestion for the website - clarity on how to address billing issues, along with the how to pay instructions. https://magnoliapt.com/patient-resources/
