I could go on and on about our experience with DJ Brandon and Complete Wedding & Events. We booked with them early because our venue raved about them and we are so happy we did! DJ Brandon called us a week before our wedding, we had all ready built a rough draft of our playlist we wanted, but DJ Brandon went above and beyond for us. He had built us playlists for each section of our wedding and then confirmed with us that we liked all of the songs, allowed us to make last minute changes, and was more than helpful throughout the process. We had a family member as our officiant, who had never officiated a wedding before, and DJ Brandon was able to easily go over the microphone with her, what to do, and made the ceremony go so smoothly. He was more than easy to communicate with, easy to work with, and our family and friends raved about him after the wedding. I was in a wedding over the weekend. Quite a few times someone went to speak, including myself, during the ceremony, the microphone would cut out. I am fairly certain that there is video footage of that. The DJ incorrectly announced the bride and groom, then to my face blamed the coordinator, K****** (not disclosing her name as some one else was blamed after that. When I requested that we start the cake as guests were leaving. He said that the bride and groom were having an intense discussion. What he failed to mention is that his company upset the newlyweds requesting money on the spot while also expecting them to participate in the dance, ignoring the cake request. I would certainly tread with caution if you choose to use this company. Request a veteran DJ and interview the staff running your event. Especially after seeing the response from the owner. That is not professionalism. Especially when there was admittance of error on the DJ's part. I did not deal with the videographer. But I do know that he made the couple upset on top of the other imperfections. Have your coordinator ensure all equipment is working properly and make sure you're scheduled events are in proper order with them. Also make sure to provide a script for announcements. This would mitigate confusion. I would like to note, some are under the impression that my reviews are being deleted. Some are under the impression that due to the owner's response on another page, my review was disregarded as I was not the bride. However, as stated, I was IN the wedding. I spoke during the ceremony, their videographer has me recorded in purple trying to say a poem, however the mic/speakers were not working. This was real. No apologies were given. No attempt to restore the hurt. Own up to you/your companies actions. The bride and groom asked not to coordinate their own wedding. I stepped in to intervene on their behalf, with permission, once this company announced the bride and groom's last name incorrectly. This was done after a meeting to correctly introduce the newlyweds prior to the wedding. I am asking that you make it right. Stop trying to cover up the pain that your company caused. read more

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my fiancé and I had to cancel our wedding. We had initially moved our wedding from April to September, but then were unable to move forward with the wedding in September, as there is a global military travel ban and my fiancé is unable to come home. With all of that being said, Complete came highly recommended by the Glover mansion and I can see why. From the moment that we scheduled with them to all of the postponements, they were super understanding and very easy to work with. Chris was super respectful and easy to talk to. Also - he was very easy to get a hold of! I highly recommend you use Complete Wedding + Events if you're looking for a very professional, thorough, understanding, and well trusted team/DJ. I was calling this company looking for a DJ & MC for our wedding and they happened to be unavailable on my date, but they had such amazing customer service. The man I spoke to went the extra mile to put my event in a local DJ facebook group with all our information. It really was so kind and even though I couldn't book with them, that extra care meant so much. Loved having Jai as our DJ. He was very attentive to us, not only with our music but also making sure we were eating, mingling and having fun. He even participated in our Hawaiian style money dance. Jai you went above what we expected and helped get the songs we wanted even off the list, you got everyone on the dance floor with our "love song" and danced with us too! Complete Weddings worked with me as often as I needed them to. They were extremely easy to plan with as well as easygoing and that was important to me. I had DJ Lance at my wedding. He was great with making sure things were running smoothly, on time, and when we wanted. He didn't do anything without making sure we were ready to go or that he just decided to do on his own. It made for a great experience. He took care of everything that didn't need our attention or approval as well, giving us as much time as possible with our guests and venue. Our DJ was Chris. He was awesome! Our meeting with him was really smooth. I never noticed him set up so he must have been fast. We had him for part of our dinner/cocktail hour and then the reception. He played music that kept my guests happy! I was happy to see my family dancing because they are really not big dancers to begin with. He would briefly let me know ahead of time what was coming up and would ask if there were any last minute additional toast speakers. He had a great attitude, dressed sharp and made my night go really smooth! Also, in addition he gave us a discount since our venue was at the Glover Mansion. I highly recommend Chris from Complete Music! He did the ceremony and reception music and did such a great job! He came highly recommended from Kellie Hoy at the Glover Mansion and I can see why. I was pretty disappointed with Complete DJ. When we first met Chris he was friendly and professional so I felt good booking with them. We told him what we were looking for in a DJ and he matched us with Kevin but when the day approached he instead assigned us Will and never mentioned Kevin. When we first met Will he was 30 minutes late to our meeting and blamed his prior meeting for his tardiness. I found this unprofessional because even if your prior meeting is running late it is still your responsibility to reach out and let me know you will be late. During our meeting we went over all the songs for our event. Prior to our meeting I also filled out the online planner with all of our songs as well. In addition to this I also emailed Will a detailed timeline of our event with all of our songs and announcements 2 days before the wedding. So essentially, we had went over the songs for our event 3 times. Even in spite of going over our songs 3 times, Will still managed to mess up the processional song and our bridal entrance song. He also played all our "must plays" while we were taking pictures so we could not even dance to our favorite songs. Also, when we first walked in for our entrance we were supposed to go right into our first dance but he never announced it or started our music so there was this long awkward pause as to what we were supposed to do next. It seemed to me he did not even pay attention in our meeting or even look at the timeline I had sent him. Honestly, I was pretty mad at these errors because I made that timeline for him so there would be no errors. He didn't even have to use his brain, all he had to do was read the timeline and it would have been fine. In the end I would not recommend Complete. read more

I have received 3 videos with technical errors from the editing department. I received my first video October 11, 2017 and finally 4 videos later have received my finished product on February 6, 2018. My wedding date was July 29, 2017 it took 6 months to receive my finished video and I have spoke with the owner and co-owner the entire time we have shared 64 emails. They are very unprofessional and do not stand behind their business or finished product. read more

I can't say enough about Chris and Complete of Spokane. After the first DJ my daughter had tried to book stood her up and never returned her calls, I asked the Glover Mansion for a referral. They referred us to Chris. Both of my daughters were married this year, and although the DJ for the first wedding in April was okay, I wish I had known about Chris and Complete of Spokane. I could tell from our first telephone call that Chris was very personable and professional. He reassured us that we were 'in good hands' and that he would not let us down. At the planning meeting, he went over the bride and groom's wishes, brainstorming ways to make their night memorable. He told us about his contractual requirements and informed us that he would stick to the timetable, as the Glover Mansion required that the venue close at midnight for cleaning for the next day's wedding. As a small business owner, I appreciate this honesty and understand how, while personally, he would like to accommodate going over-contracted time, he could be taken advantage of if he allowed this to occur. As for the event itself, Chris did a wonderful job DJ-ing my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception on October 3, 2014. He coordinated beautifully with the Glover's wedding planner and played a tasteful mix of music that provided the perfect accompaniment to dinner and the formal parts of the wedding. Then he really got the party started and kept the dancing going all evening long. The music ranged from Big Band to the most current dance club music. I received many compliments from guests, young and old, on his services on the night of the event and in the days afterward. From my observations, everyone had a great time dancing and having fun. In summary, Chris' reasonably-priced services are well-worth the money spent and I have already recommended him to several people. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Complete Wedding and Events. We booked really early, about a year-and-a-half in advance, and it was a really smooth process. We filled out the online forms to the best of our ability, and if we had any questions, Complete was quick to respond either via email or by phone.Nate Click was assigned as our DJ, and we are SO happy that we were able to have him! He set up a meeting with us a few days before the wedding to go over our songs, the structure of the ceremony and reception, and offered any advice we requested and answered ALL of our questions. During that meeting, he was incredibly professional and helped to put our minds at ease.On the day of our wedding, Nate showed up early and ready to begin. He set everything up in a timely manner and had music playing well before our guests arrived. Good thing, as many of our guests showed up 45-30 minutes early! He provided a microphone for the ceremony, all set up and ready to go, and was flawless with the delivery of the ceremony songs. We were over the moon with the way the ceremony went!During the entire evening, Nate continually checked in with us to see how we were doing, if we were happy with everything and to freshen our drinks. He led the evening and helped to take control of the crowd, guiding them to the bar, buffet and of course, the dance floor. Everything about my experience with this company was amazing, Chris knew exactly what we wanted and the DJ at our wedding Taylor was incredible, they were great to work with and did an amazing job. My only regret was not pairing their services. Taylor was everywhere helping with the flow of the wedding and I feel if we had a photographer from their company used at our wedding it would have been an even better experience. My DJ was Dean and he was awful! He messed up my ceremony music, didn't play the whole unity candle song (cut if off in the middle of a word), and took over an hour to set up for the reception. He came up to me during the reception and interrupted me in front of my guests, several times, telling me that he "had a suggestion" even though I had a meeting with him that was over an hour and half hearing and turning down these suggestions. My photographer would go to him and say what needed to go next and he would disagree, run to me, and argue about it. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wedding party, refusing to listen to their suggestions and just running to me and interrupting. I asked him to call last dance and he refused saying that he wanted to do this "circle goodbye" that I had said during planning I didn't want to do. When I repeated I did not want a CIRCLE he said he was doing it and ran to the mic and announced it, and only 5 people came to the floor and he said "I am guessing these are the only close people to the couple". He then put a BUSINESS CARD in my gift basket! So when I was opening my well wishing cards I got a happy reminder of how he ruined my wedding. He was a jerk and any company that employs him should not be used for such a special event. Take a little advice, use a different DJ! read more
