So glad as the guy attending to the space said the elevator wouldn't have worked to let us in otherwise. A sign in one of the sub chambers states it's available for cocktail parties. The physical space was great - indoors and out. Chateau Rive worked with our florist, the photo booth folks, the DJ and the dessert setup to absolutely create the best arrangement possible. Our 114 guest count fit into the reception area just right. I really can't stress enough just how amazing this experience was and how fantastic everyone at Chateau Rive was.

The DJ was awful and the music was so quiet and staticky when the wedding party walked down the aisle. The venue people complained the whole time about having to cut the cake for us and were dressed like slobs and looked hungover when it was a formal wedding. The couples family had to do so much work hours before the wedding just to get it ready & one of the workers mentioned several times to one of the bridesmaids "just so you know, I'm doing this all on my day off." They even made a comment about "who needs this much frickin wedding stuff!" And hid when they saw the bride heard them. They then approached the mother of the bride and asked if they could keep the decorations for the wedding they were hosting the following day, which the mother said no because her other daughter is getting married next year, but they still somehow kept part of the decorations. The bride forgot her $600 custom veil in the bridal suite and they left it there and let the next bride use it in her wedding. So disappointed in this "wedding venue" and would not recommend it.
