He also was very understanding of my travel schedule for work. He pushed me hard and kept me motivated (which is hard to do with me). I enjoyed the way Kip would keep some pattern to my workouts so I could see my results, but I also liked how he kept things changing from time to time to keep it fresh. Larisa has the best style. She has tailored sessions for our classes and is intuitive when it comes to what we need to focus on. My day goes a lot better when I can fit in a class with her and now that she's offering private sessions and overnight retreats, I can enjoy a condensed get away with a couple close friends. Her new studio is about a 45 minute drive for me but perfect for being able to unwind from life's chaos and enjoy the scenery. I love the views into the trees and downtown Frederick is only about 10 minutes away to get a bite to eat afterwards or make a day trip out of it.
