I got a tooth extracted $344 and paid half the price for a bridge, total of $1255. I was supposed to go back 3 weeks later and would have paid another $1250 to get bridge installed. I cancelled 3 days after my first appointment and asks for a refund for the remaining $900 since I wasn't going to be getting the bridge after all. 10 1/2 weeks later, after calling the office over 25 times and getting the run around from every person I spoke to, they were only going to refund me $285. They billed my insurance for the bridge immediately after the initial visit, even though they weren't going to give it to me for another 3 weeks and didn't bill my insurance for the actual tooth extraction, even though that's what they actually did during my visit. The dentist gave me 5 shots for the tooth extraction and then asks me which tooth he was supposed to pull, after I could even feel my face. Do not go to this location, there are other dentist in Victoria, explore then first. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as well

Interestingly, as soon as the refund process began, we were suddenly told that we could be taken back immediately. Unfortunately, the wait times continued. We spent over another hour completing cleanings and x-rays, yet still had not seen the dentist. Our total visit lasted well over 2 1/2 hours for a routine pediatric dental appointment. The most frustrating part was not even the wait itself--it was the lack of communication. At no point did anyone provide updates, explain the delays, or give realistic expectations regarding how long the process would take. Families with young children deserve better communication and respect for their time. I will give credit where it's due: the office is very cute and child-friendly, with activities to keep kids entertained, and the dental technician who worked with my children was incredibly kind and professional. She was the highlight of the visit. However, the poor scheduling, excessive wait times, and lack of communication made this one of the most frustrating medical appointments I've experienced. In the past year they went from mostly 4 and 5 star reviews to mostly 1 star. They incorrectly billed my ins and out of network in September and just now corrected that. Then I found out the overbilled me for $67 to my FSA and didn't submit proper documentation for another $99, which I am expected to pay back to my FSA, thus paying twice. -5/10, would never recommend even to someone I don't like! We've dealt with 3 different managers since this began, and their staff is a revolving door of turnover.

I didnt wait even 5 minutes and I was escorted to take my first set of xrays. I got to my room and Victoria asked me what I wanted to watch on tv. I was cold and she went and got a blanket for me. Wow! This is top of the line dentistry and customer service. Dr. Angie came in and gave me a consult of my teeth and then the hygienist, Jenny came for my cleaning. She even applied chapstick to my lips which is a PLUS for me. They even give you a warm lavender towel to use after your cleaning. I am very pleased.

When I first came here, I was a hot mess: my jaw was hurting, my teeth were badly damaged from clenching and grinding, and I may have had some cavities from the ridiculous amount of sugar I eat. After a few visits, I had a night guard, fixed teeth and was feeling much better about my dental health. Aside from the friendly & welcoming environment, the staff is wonderful & the office is calming.
