I can say my time at Seva over the years have been just amazing. I have known Rahel for some years…read morenow at another doctors office and I came here years ago. She recommended this HRT 8 or more months ago and it has changed my life!! I have more energy and just not fatigue all the time and just over all I can tell the difference in my outlook and energy . She also treat me for pain management too and I'm glad she recommended this to me because I started out in bad shape and pain level 8 to 9 constantly and depressed with chronic pain. Now, she got my meds under control and in combination with HRT, I just feel if it wasn't so expensive, more women could benefit and need to be changed. More education about how hormones can really change after or before 60. She is just so kind and compassionate about her patients and really care. I am living proof and 65 pounds less, to now working out 4 to 5 days a week. Now my pain is still there, it just does not control my every move and thought anymore . I will have to be on pain meds the rest of my life and hope she is my doctor or my insurance is in network. She has seen me go from incredible pain levels and I never thought I would feel like this six or more years ago. The HRT just helps motivate and get you moving in case you are in a rut or pain like I was Thank you Rahel and Staff! Pam C

We had a very questionable experience with this service in Rockwall that is no longer there. They…read moredemanded payment before you arrived at the office and required urine tests before every single appointment. When I questioned their practices--specifically why prepayment and urine tests were necessary, especially since insurance wouldn't cover them--they treated me as if I were a drug addict. I was made to wait in a corner while the staff stared and discussed me among themselves. Dr. A.M. was referred to us for a shoulder injury my wife sustained after being pulled to the ground by a large dog. The doctor saw my wife for a total of 20 minutes. When she refused to take a urine test or prepay, the doctor had an aide see her during the second visit for physical therapy and subsequently insisted on phone appointments. She decided not to return to that doctor. Following this, we started receiving invoices claiming that she had never paid for any of her visits. Each visit had been charged to our Ameriflex FSA card, and on three separate occasions, I had to provide proof of payment to avoid threats of being turned over to collections. Months later, while updating our life insurance, we discovered they had used medical codes suggesting "behavioral problems," "drug dependencies," and an "ADHD diagnosis," all resulting from a 20-minute visit for a nerve test. Initially, I spoke with Paul, who treated me well. However, when I questioned the billing codes used, he referred me to someone else in the office. It seemed like the codes were a form of retaliation for my wife's refusal to comply with their demands for prepayment and urine testing.

Somewhat new to Texas, I have struggled over the last year with finding someone I can put my absolute trust in. From the very first appointment, we had an immediate action plan. I have made more progress in the last 3 months than I've had in 6 years. Living in pain is scary, frustrating, and debilitating. I have seen exactly 4 pain management doctors here in Texas and Dr. B is the one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone struggling with pain. He is one of the kindest and most intelligent doctors I have ever met. He is patient, understanding, and is a very attentive listener. Always smiling, never judging, I feel safe with Dr. B. I can't say I've ever felt as safe as I do or trusted a pain management doctor the way I do with Dr. B. He is open and honest and doesn't dance around anything. His bed side manner truly is a class act. It is always a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Ashley is always smiling and ridiculously pleasant. His MA Tony, is phenomenal. He is very easy to speak with, get a hold of, is very thorough, and quite frankly makes me smile even when I'm wanting to cry. Both of them do- Dr. B and Tony. They make a really great team. In my 40 years, I've never met a more competent & efficient MA. I'm no longer scared to leave an appointment feeling like I'm missing something and will have to wait until my next appointment to address it. I have struggled greatly in the past with MAs who have lacked knowledge, a sense of urgency, understanding, or had very poor follow up. Not Tony. No Sir. He is on it!! Best MA award goes to Tony. Dr. B has come to us from Chicago as a highly respected doctor. And the mere fact that Tony has joined Dr. Broadnax and Dr. Anderson on their journey here to Texas is not only a testament to the depth of their teamwork but is also a testament of their trust in each other. Which is then genuinely felt by myself, the patient. So if you are a patient like a was; feeling lost, not quite sure what to do, feeling like your pain is your destiny, convinced this is how you're going to have to live the rest of your life, running into oddball pain management doctors who don't seem to listen, want to try experimental injections on you, or just bandaid the pain with medication, please stop and make an appointment. There IS hope and there truly are good doctors in this state. Dr. Broadnax & his partner, Dr. Eric Anderson have blessed Texas by coming here from Chicago. I feel bad for the patients they had to leave behind. But they are both highly educated and intelligent individuals who know how to treat their patients like humans and with kindness.

With little improvement I made an appointment with Advanced Pain and Dr. Broddnax. After discussion he decided to try a Caudal Epidural Steroid Injection. The next day I felt relief, and today which is day 2, I feel even better. It usually takes a few days to a week for the medication to help, if it does at all. Remember I've had other Epidural's that didn't help. So I'm very hopeful right now, and want to thank Dr Broddnax for all his help.

I went to her for EIGHT years. We never talked about pain...we talked about our daughters, mostly…read moremy animals. She implanted a Nevro spine stimulator that is now an absolutely nightmare. Made me have a psych evaluation to do it. I had been seeing the NP Gale & she was surprised I had it & said who did that, not doc right?! I said yes it was doc & I was told it was obsolete & to turn it off. They did not want to remove it, just wanted to put the newest implant in with it. It gives me discomfort to lie on my back, bc I was a back sleeper, it has scar tissue & it hurts me. The MINUTE I told the NP Gale that I was afraid my body had become addicted to hydrocodone bc I had been taking 3 a day for 8 years, all he!! broke loose. I had previously been on antidepressants & I am 100% sure it's bc of my back pain plus I did have a very hard 2024...Bhandari listened to the events in 2024 & said, I need a drink after hearing all this & then asked me if I knew of the place Sip & Savor in Highland Village...her NP gave me an anti depressant, I took it for 30 days, came back & Gale said did it help, I said no & that was the end of it UNTIL I told them the hydrocodone wasn't working. They found Xanax in my drug test & I no longer had a rx, took one of my husband's. Gale told me to get a rx but Bhandari insisted that I go to a psychiatrist to get the rx...I went to my pcp & got the rx & Bhandari was ENRAGED. Her medical assistant taunted me saying "you didn't go where you were supposed to" & I calmly said I did have a rx. I was very confused bc Bhandari's office had given me the anti depressant I had been on. Gale saw me that day & started crying, my husband is a witness, bc I didn't understand why Bhandari was being this way. Gale calked me a week later & said as long as I had Xanax, I could not have hydrocodone...this is simply a LIE. EIGHT years & this is how I was treated. Dr. Bhandari is not a nice person & does not care about pain management, at least not 8 years of mine. I hope Gale gets away from her asap while she still cares, listens & wants to help her patients. Do not go to Dr Bhandari.

I called the office based on the referral and they stated they would call me back - No call. I had to call them back, and the nurse was kind and worked with me to book the appointment. After everything was confirmed, I received a message about complications with the insurance. I tried calling to speak with the nurse to get everything rectified, but she was in a procedure. So, I was stuck talking to the front office. All to say, one told me that we were out of coverage. I asked about the secondary insurance, and she said we can't bill them because of the primary. I then said that I would pay out of pocket because I didn't wan to see my husband in pain. She told me that they cancelled the appointment. After voicing my concern, she placed her office manager on the phone. This lady was rude and unprofessional. She totally contradicted what the other lady told me. She told me that my husband was not covered. I tried asking her questions, but she continued to cut me off because she didn't appear to want any questions or to hear from me. After cutting me off several times, I asked her not to because that was not aligned to quality customer service. She then told me that I didn't have good manners, told me that the conversation was over, and hung up in my face. Maybe this was a blessing because I wouldn't want to entrust my husband's care to anyone who allows this type of treatment to individuals in chronic pain. Like others, I would score it a 0 if this system allowed me to.

They also treated me like an ATM machine with zero concern about me as a patient. This practice cares nothing about their patients and is only interested in upselling and profits. There's plenty of other spine and joint physicians in the DFW metroplex so don't waste your time here and protect your wallet, and exposure to manipulation and horrible treatment!

It really makes it difficult to sleep at night! Then came Airrosti. After visiting with Dr. Cain and his effervescent sidekick/physical therapist, Calah, they created a pain management program to deal with these issues. It was really simple to follow their directions, and wow, what a difference it made! After just four visits, the pain is alleviated and gets less every day. There is more range of motion too, which nearly makes dancing mandatory! These two are the real deal and make going to the doctor fun. It almost makes us wish something else would go wrong with us just so we can see them again! But not quite. There are easier ways to make friends. Why don't we all just grab lunch instead? Thanks again Benton, Calah, and all the rest of the Airrosti crew!
