Instructors aren't that great. Expect a lot out of you, but are ass at teaching?…read more Financial aid does not know what is going on 90% of the time. Expect funds to be delayed 7-14 days after any timeline they give you. My funds are distributed 9 days after the 14 day allotted distribution period. It's so devastating hearing that Because of how incompetent they are. This is what I mean stay on top of them. I want to cry it's extremely frustrating When you rely on these funds for you and your family. Staff is clueless, so no real help there If you have questions. You will get 6 different answers, there is no standard rule, or set of rules. No one knows anything. Even if you're directed to the HEAD of the department you need. Rules can sometimes change without notification. Oh you're a veteran? Stay on their ass HEAVY, call every single day about enrollment for new terms so you can get paid. Some of them will sit on your enrollment for days and you actually have to remind them to send it up. I've gotten 3 times: "Oh, I forgot, let me do that now." WTF!? i even have a girl change my exam status to hybrid the entire time when I told her I'd be online after a certain month At the start of a new term. this is not great, because I would have to pay funds back for a status i wasn't actively using I caught it last minute before the start of the next term. Would have had to pay back $5k for that. Hybrid exam -_- get someone to thoroughly explain what needs to be done. This school needs tons of work.

Don't have dental insurance, ballin on a budget, but your teeth desperately needs a cleaning?…read more Look no further than reaching out to Concorde Dental Hygiene facility. When you call and ask to setup an appointment. You'll be added on a waitlist. Low and behold, I got a call and text from one of their students. Once scheduled, you'll only have to pay $20 CASH. You heard that right only $20!! It covers the whole year so you fan go multiple times a year scheduling a cleaning every 3 months. They only do X-Rays, deep cleaning, and regular cleanings. Tip for thought: Arrive a little early to find parking Shoutout to their friendly Instructors and students Ragad for X-Raying my teeth. Fabiola was awesome in deep cleaning my bottom whole section of my teeth, and Farzin for deep cleaning the top whole section. With a deep cleaning they numb you up real good. You might have multiple appointments so make sure you're okay to stay there for a couple of hours. Once students are all done, instructors examine their work to ensure you're all good to go! Peace Yelp Heads!

This school is alright; I took Medical Assisting and my GPA was 3.1 or 3.2. The staff do suck…read moreexcept Mr. Z, Stacie Evans and Bill Kilby. Definitely a rip off, tuition is $20,000 and I am stuck with $150 a month to pay for loans that I am not able to decrease, in November my monthly loans will be over $200 a month to pay for a school I already graduated from and completed. I do not like how you are taught by different instructors and every few months you are getting your schedule changed around from Tuesdays/Thursdays or Monday/Wednesdays. You also cannot work for the last 2 months up until your graduation BUT you HAVE to pay loans. Ms. Cooke does not have good hygiene; she also teaches slower and has us teach ourselves for the most part. She did not teach right technique on mannequin arms, so we got straight to using needles on each other fairly fast which can be quite dangerous when your classmate is not confident in themselves rightfully so. Staff is either understaffed or the staff that work have favorites. It is a mess; I could go on and on.

Hello. I have been a part of Ms. Shay's AM CMA course and I just want to say that she is the best…read moreinstructor I have ever met. She truly has a strong passion for teaching this CMA course and she is great at it. She is the epitome of compassion, professionalism, and respect. I have learned so much from her class and I have learned many lessons that I will for sure use in the future. Thank you so much Ms. Shay, you have truly restored my love for medicine and I cannot thank you enough for your understanding and compassion for everything. Now let's move onto the reason why I reviewed a 4 star instead of a 5. I feel that this school needs to upgrade its lab equipment because a lot of it is outdated and not provided for students in bulk. Students need to practice as much as they can in this program before getting out in the real world and more lab equipment would help this so we can get more practice before performing different things on people. The second concern I have about this program is the amount of trouble my graduation class has faced from trying to obtain an externship. There was a strong lack of professionalism and efficiency because many students did not have a definite commitment to an externship up to our last lab day which is not okay. However, I just want to shoutout Ms. Shay for an amazing CMA class and Mrs. Ling for being efficient in signing me up for the program

I enrolled in the phlebotomy program at this school because I was promised, in writing, that I…read morewould be placed in an externship within 3-4 months. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I have now been waiting over 5 months with no externship placement. This delay has prevented me from completing my program requirements and starting work as a phlebotomist, which has caused both financial and professional setbacks. I have reached out multiple times for updates and have not been given a clear timeline or resolution. For a program that markets itself as a path to employment, this lack of follow-through is extremely concerning. If you are considering enrolling, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about externship placement timelines and guarantees, and getting everything in writing. Based on my experience, delays can and do happen, and they can significantly impact your ability to start working after completing the program. I hope the school improves its process and communication so future students do not face the same situation. DO NOT GO HERE! LOOK FOR OTHER SCHOOLS!
