The ypung lady gave me paperwork to fill out for my mother-in-law. By the time we were called I managed to get the new patient forms filled out. The reason behind my visit is that my mother-in-law has dementia and has advanced. She has been having hallucinations being combative which was taking it's toll on me and her ultimately her care. Also she had lost weight refusing to eat everything I give her. That became scary. Her refusing to go to bed which meant I don't sleep. Her getting up all hours of the nigjt. The medication that was given helped out a little bit. She was still having abnormal behavior. The good thing was she was actually eating now. After her dropping 7 pounds was so concerning. She has not lost nor gained which is good and stable. I could not wait till her 2nd appointment to see if thier was something else to try or is that it. 2nd appointment I walked in with my notes in hand. Asking questions and explaining my concerns for my mother-in-law. The psychiatrist gave her a higher dosage. Slowly but surly things have improved. She has been eating well, behavior has changed a great deal. She still talks to herself. All I can say is that this disease is horrible and I'd be lost without any help. These doctor's are great and I'm so thankful. Also they have activities here for those that would like to join in the fun with games and other activities.

Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and she put me on an ACE inhibitor. It helped lower my blood pressure, but I developed a cough not long after. I looked up the side effects and noticed that cough could be one of them. I brought this up to Dr Mikhail and she said that since it lowered my blood pressure, I should stay on it and prescribed me allergy medicine. The cough continued for months. When I would bring it up again she prescribed me more allergy medicine and told me it couldn't have been the ACE inhibitor since I said that I coughed more at night. The cough got worse earlier this year and I repeatedly told her the allergy medicine wasn't helping but she kept prescribing more of it and dismissed me. After months of little sleep from coughing all night, getting the side-eye from people hearing me hacking in public, having my throat raw with pain and a general decrease in quality of life, I got fed up and made an appointment with a pulmonologist. He diagnosed me with bronchitis, switched me from the ACE inhibitor to Amlodipine, and gave me an inhaler and nose spray. Within a week the cough was gone. It's annoying that Dr Mikhail misdiagnosed me, but what infuriated me the most was her gaslighting me and ignoring my complaints for MONTHS. I really wanted to like her but I'm never going to her office again.

They've lost documents we needed filled out on several occasions, mixed up appointments, loudly gossip with patients in the waiting room, and today even refused to fill out our daughter's medical history so we can register her for school. They claim we were "terminated as patients" for complaining about the missing vaccine..but that was never expressed to us at any point. While it's true, we immediately changed our primary care physician following the vaccination debacle, the kids haven't even seen the new doctor yet..so how is she supposed to know our medical history, or even have access to our records since doctor Mikhail's offIce never got around to sending our records to the new doctor? There are plenty of other reasons I do not recommend Doctor Mikhail, but those are more due to her personality and style of practice, so I won't bother mentioning them here. There are plenty of other highly rated doctors in area, so I suggest doing a little research before making an appointment here.

He was always very compassionate, caring, hilarious!, and made you feel like you where family. His staff has always been great and attentive. Office is always sparkling clean and I had and have never waiting so long to see them. My care will continue with them and the new Dr. Bernard Camilo as I am now excited to meet him. They were kind and caring, responsive to outreach when needed. They were able to assist our family in getting orders for medication, both prescribed and over the counter, in a timely manner. They were however more concerned about the message than the medical care needed, stating they always answer their phones. Being more concerned about addressing the not answering phones comment than the actual medical emergency really says a lot about the staff. And they really don't answer phones because not even the insurance company was able to get through to them. Guess I really touched a sore spot there. Dr. Hsu should consider getting new staff unless this is actually a representation of her as a professional. But I've never actually been able to see her so I can't speak on her as a doctor. Such a shame. Update: I called multiple times so yes I did leave a voicemail with my information. Not only did I spend all morning trying to get a hold of you, but my insurance company tried too. They were met with no response as well and were very concerned that they changed my PCP immediately. When I got a call back it was because I upset you and I was never asked what medical support I needed. I was met with a "we always answer our phone, what do you mean?" So of course I was upset because I finally get a call back and it's regarding my comment. By this point, I had already changed my PCP and got an appointment for my medical situation. So, yes, I no longer needed your services. Regardless, I hope you can do better by your current and future clients. If you are unable to met demands it might be time to hire more hands or get a better system. My experience doesn't need to be everyone else's.

They're extremely helpful and efficient and return phone calls when you need them to answer a question or concern. Her office is like a Beverly Hills office in that it's a beautiful office and you'll walk in looking for the Nordstrom's piano player. It's that nice and extremely clean.
