I have brought my mother-in-law here 2 times so far. As a new patient the first visit went well and fast. Check in was super easy. The ypung lady gave me paperwork to fill out for my mother-in-law. By the time we were called I managed to get the new patient forms filled out. The reason behind my visit is that my mother-in-law has dementia and has advanced. She has been having hallucinations being combative which was taking it's toll on me and her ultimately her care. Also she had lost weight refusing to eat everything I give her. That became scary. Her refusing to go to bed which meant I don't sleep. Her getting up all hours of the nigjt. The medication that was given helped out a little bit. She was still having abnormal behavior. The good thing was she was actually eating now. After her dropping 7 pounds was so concerning. She has not lost nor gained which is good and stable. I could not wait till her 2nd appointment to see if thier was something else to try or is that it. 2nd appointment I walked in with my notes in hand. Asking questions and explaining my concerns for my mother-in-law. The psychiatrist gave her a higher dosage. Slowly but surly things have improved. She has been eating well, behavior has changed a great deal. She still talks to herself. All I can say is that this disease is horrible and I'd be lost without any help. 100% don't recommend this location for dental services I made an appointment last week with Heidy & she scheduled me for today Wednesday at 8:30am when I get to the window the receptionist with glasses said I tried calling you to tell you that you need to remove the wire before coming to the office then I called the office to speak to the manager & they kept me on hold for 6 minutes then I went back inside the office & the girls were just there just gossiping & not looking for the manager, she the girl with glasses receptionist told me go ahead & have a seat we're gonna call her right now with an attitude I wait 3-4 minutes & she calls my name then says she the manager is going to be in a meeting right now at 9am you can call her later & dismissed me with an appointment card with her managers name on it Jaelene A. I find this very inconsiderate of wasting peoples time not only that the attitude they give is not in accordance, after it was clearly their mistake not mine. Not sure why a patient needs to be seen in order to get a refill on a prescription that is NEEDED daily! My husband only has two left and they told him there were no available appointments until the 15th. Cool, let's chance him getting a heart attack or stroke! Then they told him he could go to urgent care or the ER to get a prescription faster. He shouldn't have to wait hours somewhere when his primary can put in a prescription to the pharmacy! Oh and when my husband first called them around 1:30 PM, he never got a call back, had to call them since they were closing at 5. Avoid this place. We will be going to a new doctor! read more

Horrible clinic!! Chastacey M. Bowers is a terrible psychiatrist does not take anytime to ask you any questions and has an attitude for no reason. Our appointments use to be two minutes long. The one time I met with her in person she was on the phone watching something as she was talking to me!! Also her personal receptionist has attitude for no reason. I have been going here for years and have over time seen a decline of the staff and doctor care less about their patients. My doctor Paul dropped the ball as well as the front desk staff to alert him that I was out of my meds. I ended up getting sick from not taking my medication. I left countless messages on the voicemail and still did not get any call back. I had to drive in a wrecked car, sick and disoriented to the office myself to seek help. It was clear I was ill. The doctor went on vacation and the supervisor had to write a prescription that might work or not. It took me a week to get my refill! I crashed my car on the way to ROADS bad had to pay $400 in damages all because I was disoriented. They should be held liable. I strictly would avoid this place for I am looking for a knew doctor. read more

(For context: our insurance assigned us here to see an OBGYN, not sure why because we over qualify for a community clinic, but I started coming here for pre-natal care) I do believe that the physicians and some nurses really care about the patients but most of the staff, especially at the front desks helping sign in, take payments, and help with insurance issues, never know the protocols or what is going on or how to help. I try to keep an understanding mindset, like they are impacted today or the personnel is new, but today the lady was rude and wasn't listening to me. She made me wait an hour to "fix an insurance issue" That didn't need to be fixed and kept condescending me. Then the supervisor wanted me to fill out a form and gave me misinformation on how to fill it out. It's sad to see that they do not communicate or are not trained well. It's even more sad that I'm Latina and these are women of color and they can't be kind to other women of color. If you come here, please advocate for yourself and good luck. read more

Dr. Sheth has been great since our first appointment. He took the time to listen to all of my symptoms and concerns in depth. Now, our sessions are quick, but if I have any new issues, he always listens and does not push me towards medications that I am weary of. He listens to my suggestions and prescribes to my preference if a medication is no longer effective. I am very grateful to have found this office, especially because they accept medi-cal and have the option to be seen through telehealth or in office. Ps. First the put down the incorrect ethnicity and language information. I was booked for referral appointments without any notice. They tried to make me drive very far from my home until I advocated and kept asking to have my services within my city. They are terrible at returning messages and left me messages in Spanish that I was unable to understand. I have never seen the actual obgyn, only his interns. The waiting room smells DISGUSTING. Kimberly, the receptionist is one of many rude front desk personnel. I asked to change another appointment booked without my knowledge or input on my availability and she told me I need to wait 3 extra weeks now because they can't just ask basic questions. She gave me a horrible attitude and she always acts this way. The man who works up there is friendly but for whatever reason the rest of them are so mean. I always show respect and kindness but they can never return that. They failed to put in my prescription in for prenatal so I had to buy my own. The didn't call me back when I left several messages about it. I can't wait until I can find a new doctor that actually treats me with some semblance of respect. I appreciate the care. It can be busy at times and parking is tricky but I do love my physician. She takes care of me. I feel I get listened to and they work with insurance and help with issues you have. I love the atmosphere and the cute posters and positive affirmations on the walls. Makes me feel hopeful. I am hopeful my GI tract issues gets taken care of from the Specialist I was referred to. And my hematologist can take care of me as well as I have ongoing bleeding issues due to my thalassemia which is genetic. I have been going here for over a year and I truly love these ladies. There's a reason why this place has so many 1 stars and it's heavily based on the staff, more Specifically reception. I have no complaints on the doctors, not mine anyway,they do their job. 95% of the bad experiences come from the incompetence of the front desk. You want to call to make an apt? Good luck, they hardly answer the phone. I spent a week calling at different times and got nothing. I finally got a hold of records and explained everything and she said this "ok you need to talk to them to make an apt" I told her well the reason im talking to you is literally because no one's picking up and she said "hold on I'll transfer you now". Phone rang and rang. Called again, she picked up and said "ok let me transfer you". Then I called records for a 3rd time and they never picked up. I gave up and I called the other location instead. I once delivered paperwork for my doctor so they could sign for my records. There's a fee for any paperwork you need looked at. So I came, dropped it off and paid the $10 fee. They said it was going to be done in about a week or so and they'd call me to confirm. Ridiculous wait time. So I finally receive a call that my paperwork is ready. I show up, go to the front desk and they ask for my info. (I've only been there half a dozen times within the last few months) the lady asks me again as if I made a mistake or something. I repeat myself and she digs through the files behind her and asks when I had dropped off the paperwork. I said, last week. So she says ok, have a seat I'll call your name in a few minutes. So i go sit and wait. 5 mins pass by and nothing. At 10 minutes I get up and walk to the front. I ask her whats going on and she says the doctor is with someone at that moment so it will be a few more minutes. But the paper was "ready" according to the phone call, why do I need to wait? So I waited an hour until I got fed up and complained. Reception was rude and brought out the manager and explained that they had lost my paperwork but BC the doc was busy, she couldn't sign it just yet. 10 minutes later, I got my paperwork. Absolutely unacceptable. Reception will not only be rude but will not listen to your concerns. They'll give you excuses and make you wait excessively instead of explaining things. If you haven't yet been here and want to come here, be ready to deal with that headache. Why do you work there if you're not going to do your job and be rude to people? The Dr's all Definitely KNOW what they're doing. They take their time. Dr's see you On Time, take emergency appointments (but you'll be WAITING A WHILE). The staff goes above and beyond, and they have so much patience. The environment is a bit of a circus SOMETIMES, you'll definitely be entertained when it is, but know security is ALWAYS watching and they're on top of their game. R.O.A.D.S foundation clinic in Long Beach has treated me with nothing but kindness. I have gone back and forth with 2-3 doctors previously to seeing Dr.Garg and they have always told me that my abdominal pains were normal. Dr.Garg has made an effort to seeing me and sending me to different specialist (gynecologist, gastroenterologist, and urologist). She has also ran a couple tests on me where I found out I had a stomach bacteria called H Pylori, which had been making me feel sick for months (lost 20lbs due to the bacteria). I just recently hit a year since the first time I came to Dr.Garg for abdominal pain and in this one year I've found out more about my abdominal pains than I have in the prior 10+ years with other doctors. I truly have never had any doctor that payed so much attention to my health and finally my frustration is at ease. read more

This clinic is very unorganized. I've never been to an office that's been so out of touch with there patients. The staff is incompetent, disorganized, talk about personal issues, can't return calls back & liars. I've been holding of on to this review only because I love the therapist and the doctor that my daughter see's. I always leave here with a bad experience. Better communication with your patients would be helpful. Communicating that the doctor is running behind would be great. That allows me to make the decision to stay or reschedule. Giving an estimate time would also be helpful. Let me make that choice if to reschedule the appointment. Don't have me waiting for 45 min without a clue of what's going on. I understand LA traffic, I too work from a distance to be exact an hour away. However, I make there on time, before schedule time and before my staff. These doctors also need to be accountable for patients time and money. Why schedule an appointment at 8:30 if the doctor is not going to arrive on time.
