He broke…read morehis contract of 1 year (year started on 04/2018) and did not finish his book keeping for entire year (he did only till 12/2018). He said he would file tax for the company and my personal tax. After few days, In the middle of tax season, he decided not to provide services to me. It was in 04/2019 (that's like prime time for tax filing). When i asked him what's the reason for denying service. For which he replied that its management decision and fail to give me any valid reason for it. I was not warned even once about it. He sent me email stating that he would not be providing service effective immediately (not even 30 days notice). After consulting with lawyers I have decided to file a LAWSUIT against him and his firm. I am in the process of finalizing the lawyer for this lawsuit. He will also send complaint to TSBPA (Texas state board of public accounting). Guys like him needs to be taught lesson that they just cannot do whatever they like.
