People come to Compunet to get well! They are not feeling at their best and are forced to deal with her!? Consider your patients and the way they are feelings. PLEASE! Know they are not at their best or they wouldn't be there! ...and certainly, shouldn't have to deal with a RUDE receptionist with a nasty personality! Certainly, your business knows this and would want to be as kind, caring and patient while working with their patients' medical problems as possible! Having visited numerous times, the doctors and nurses and others are truly patient, personable and friendly! Surely those in charge of this business must know this and would want a person with at least a tad of kindness and compassion at the receptionist's s desk. No answer, left a voice mail. Thursday, I called, I left the same message. Friday, I called again. No return call. Saturday comes, I go to the Compunet on Stroop Rd to have blood drawn. No work order, after I sat in waiting room for 45 minutes. I called Wednesday, and did not have a response before Saturday. They did call Tuesday, to say that there is no work order. It takes 6 days for anyone can give an answer. That is totally unacceptable.

Multiple rescheduling and rude staff ensure I won't ever go back to a Compunet Lab for a blood…read moredraw. Labcorp is faster and friendlier and they don't mess you about. I went in for my scheduled appointment at 8 am with a draw that needed to be completed between 8 and 9 am due to having taken Dexamethasone the night before. I signed in and after waiting 20 minutes, I alerted the woman at the desk. She said they'd be right with me. There was no one else in the waiting room. After 20 more minutes, I approached the woman again, letting her know that the draw needed to be done by 9, I've been here since 8, and it's now 8:40. She told me to wait. A couple of girls had gathered at the desk and were listening. At 8:50, I approached again because they were all gathered around laughing and chatting about their weekend escapades and it was getting dangerously close to being too late to do the draw. There was still no one else in the lobby. I walked up and she closed the window on me. At 9:01, she opened the window, called me up and told me it was too late to take the blood. I rescheduled the appointment. After calling the Dr back and having him prescribe another Dexamethasone prescription and picking it up and waiting a week, I go back for my appointment at 8 am. This time they drew my blood by 8:30. The Dr called and said I'd have to redo the draw because they'd "messed it up". I went to Labcorp for that repeat draw with no issues. Fast forward a couple months and I make an appointment for a non-fasting blood draw. I show up to said appointment and they ask if I've been fasting, I tell them no, it's not a fasting draw. The woman states it's their "personal policy" to only do fasting draws. I mention they could have told me that when I made the appointment. I rescheduled. I show up again, fasting this time, and they ask if I've taken a multivitamin within the last 24 hours. I said yes. They said they can't do the draw because it's their "personal policy" to not draw bloods if the patient has taken a multivitamin within the last 24 hours. I walked out and will never go back to a Compunet Lab ever again. I called the Dr and he's putting the orders into LabCorp for me. I explained the messing about and he said he's received similar complaints from other patients.

Only two people working and clients left due to long waits.staff very nice and being professional under very stressful conditions for them . The staff is to be commended for their professional manner under very stressful conditions. Also no butterfly needles available for the difficult draw.

Everything was clean and looked new…read more Due to covid as soon as you enter someone takes your temp and asks you the usual covid symptom list. Since your entering a medical building wonder what they do if you do have temp or symptoms ... already wear mask and at a hospital. either way i had no temp or symptoms. I was able to park near the door and someone immediately asked if i needed help finding my location. They didn't make me wait got me right back and didn't wait in the room long at all. I have alot of confidence in the staff .. they come very highly recommended and I am hopeful they can help.

Worst hospital in the world I tried leaving a few hours early when I had my child here. My pediatrician does not do visits at this hospital so I was stuck with whatever pediatrician was on site at this hospital when I asked for an early release and told them I would sign whatever paperwork necessary to leave. I was greeted by CPS and harassed by the on-call pediatrician who proceeded to threaten me even though myself, and my child were healthy and ready to go. This is an absolute awful hospital. I do not recommend you being here if you can avoid it. I had a lovely experience at the South location. However, that one is been shut down because they wanted to funnel everyone to this specific location. The rooms were small and dirty. Mine had no working AC. The showers are so small that you don't have any elbow room to move literally had to spin in a circle to get the water all over my body and the water pressure was down to a trickle. You feel like you're in a prison. The TV is awful. The lights feel like an operating room. You can't get them low enough to feel relaxed. Oh and did I forget to mention after being in labor for over 24hrs and then accepting an epidural the anesthesiologist put my epidural in wrong and I now have to seek medical treatment in hopes that I can heal from that it's been over a year and it still hurts. Had to have a different phlebotomist come in to attempt a second attempt at a epidural while an active labor. The beds are broken, lumpy and uncomfortable, and they couldn't figure out why I wanted to go home. I felt forced to stay here because of the threats and intimidation tactics that they pulled and stayed till literally the last minute I was required to stay. I then told them I would be following up with my pediatrician within 12 hours for my child and I left. DO NOT GO HERE ALONE. Make sure that you have a family member or spouse there with you at all times. I also recently had to take my father to this location because he had a stone from his kidneys that was 8 mm and was supposed to be removed but because it was Super Bowl Sunday, nobody gave a crap and my father sat in the hospital overnight in excruciating pain, and was supposed to be on the schedule for surgery at noon the following day. The neurologist decided that it's the last hour. He was going to cancel the surgery that my father needed and told him that he didn't felt it was necessary and he should try to let the Stone break up naturally. My father had requested that he'd be released and just like my experience with this hospital. They refused to let him go and were holding him hostage. People were coming into harass him told him he couldn't leave. He said he would sign paperwork, but he was leaving and it was a legit argument with staff and doctors. I don't know what is wrong with this hospital or this facility they don't care about you. It seems that they only care about how much money they can get out of your insurance by making you stay longer. If you need a hospital check out Kettering hospitals or somewhere else in your network. Do not go here. I believe they don't care based on the lack of care this place gives about its patience and the awful conditions that this place leaves their patients in good luck
