I had a technician come to diagnose why my dishwasher was leaking and after one hour he determined that he could not find an issue with my machine. I was told that an initial service fee of $129 would be charged and that any additional cost would be explained to me. The technician charged me $220 for "fixing" my machine. I have tried multiple times to reach someone to discuss this issue and keep getting transferred or told to email different people. In my opinion this is a business that uses false website information as well as false telephone communication personnel.
