    this is the only place around that will genuinely fix your phone for a fair price instead of trying…read moreto scam and upsell like everywhere else does. if i could rate a million stars i would. not only did the man working this morning fix my phone after i was told elsewhere to just buy a new phone, but he fixed my phone's charging problems for less money and in less time than he estimated me at drop off. it feels so validating that the employee here treated me like a human being with a problem to fix rather than an opportunity to upsell; he educated me about potential problems with the repair i needed and laid out various options and their prices in case i needed a screen replacement due to existing damage. turns out i didn't need a screen replacement because he replaced the charging port with enough care to not cause any further damage than what was already there. we got the call that the phone was ready around an hour-ish sooner than expected and his care in handling the screen saved me hundreds of dollars. i am so glad i came here and left having paid just over $200 to honest people rather than buying a new $1500 phone like the other places wanted me to think i needed. i will only ever go here for any future phone repairs as there is nowhere else with such genuine honesty and care for their customers. when the screen replacement becomes inevitable i will definitely be returning here and enjoying my time offline during the repair knowing my phone will be in good hands.

I dropped it off and received a phone call within the hour saying they had damaged the screen trying to take it off and it was completely inoperable. When I explained that the phone had not been backed up recently and asked if there was any way to transfer information off it, the employee told me the only way was to pay $100 for a "temporary screen" so that I could back it up before getting a replacement phone. I understand that the phone should've been backed up in the first place, but I wasn't aware of the possibility of the phone being completely inoperable once they started working on it. Unfortunately I lost some pictures of a recent vacation and the employees assured me the only way to retrieve them was to pay the $100. I ended up turning down the option and losing the pictures but the whole process was very frustrating overall.

In fact, I had to return to check on a speaker issue and John diagnosed it and promptly addressed the issue while explaining the situation. I pay for the extended warranties and the Best Buy Club, I choose the item I need help with on the app, I select Fredericksburg and it asks me to verify stock, yes there is stock. I type in app what is wrong / app tells me to "return to counter for exchange" - drive there / wait in line / told no / ask for manager / told they do not work with app / not responsible for app / will not look at what I am being told in app / after over 1.5 hours waiting and driving there tells me to call customer service.... rude, condescending, irrational, stubborn, just plain dumb are the only way I can describe the managers. They then proceeded to get all dramatic and act like I was a threat - I told them they were ridiculous and because I was upset and telling them they were being ridiculous does not even come close to threatening - their behavior caused the issue and I clearly told them they needed to work with the Best Buy app and store manager said "I am not responsible for the app" and handed me post it note (with incorrect customer service number) Here is the good - customer service on the phone could not have been better. Apologized, looked at the app and my account and could see when I was in the store. Took a lot of notes and got a manager on the phone - gave me a case # and said they are telling store to just replace product. Easily the worst customer service and biggest waste of time I have had in a long time. Hats off to the people on the phone for making me feel valued. Will post results tomorrow

    I used this company to repair my microwave through my warranty company. He was super friendly and…read moreresponsive at first. He attempted to fix my microwave he ordered a part that he said was needed. The part was ordered but the microwave went out again after a few days. But before it went out he kept insisting I call the warranty company and let them know it was fixed so he would get paid. After telling him it went out again he said it probably needs another part and would "make sure we all get this taken care of" He just needed the first payment from the warranty company so he could order more parts (Normally you get paid when the job is completed). His words "These people are playing with my rent money and it's killing me. So basically I'm gathering he likely was paid, Im still having issues and he is not responding. He has not replied to the warranty company or my text and calls. He made a promise that he would take care of this and once I believe he was paid by the warranty company I was ghosted. All he had to say was hey I pay for these parts out of my own pocket and the warranty company is slow with reimbursements and my business can not wait the standard time for that instead of stringing me along. I would not recommend this company to anyone just because of the lack of integrity.
