The worst part of the deal is; is that the technicians knew that the screens sucked from previous complaints. They advised me that it was the only iPhone 7 screen they had left and that's why they installed it. Anyway to make my rant longer they agreed to replace my screen with a better quality screen once they are in stock which is fine except for the fact that I have to take time out of my busy day to do it. Communication is key in all service based businesses. Could have saved everyone time and money, honext time. So, I went back this morning to have the screen replaced as previously stated and everything went great. They made good on their promise and then some. They replaced my screen and threw in a complimentary screen protector and discounted my previous bill. Accordingly, I'm updating my stars to 4.5 as the overall experience was very professional and fast.
