When I ask to see the break down, they would not show me my break down. I brought in a quote I had from Customer Service directly from AT&T With a Quote number. They ignored it! The quote was for my watch and phone I owned without taxes was $71.00. With Military Discount less taxes and fees, the Manager Dominique ignored this as well as Jayson W. I continued to ask about my cost and showed them my quoted I had. They ignored my every request!!! Dominique took off to the back room after he felt uncomfortable. then I left in awe, I was told by Jayson that he again, could not show me my breakdown. I left. I got home and received an email showing me my breakdown showing me my bill of which was double my quote I brought to them! $144.45 with Military discount!!!! The worst part of the deal is; is that the technicians knew that the screens sucked from previous complaints. They advised me that it was the only iPhone 7 screen they had left and that's why they installed it. Anyway to make my rant longer they agreed to replace my screen with a better quality screen once they are in stock which is fine except for the fact that I have to take time out of my busy day to do it. Communication is key in all service based businesses. Could have saved everyone time and money, honext time. So, I went back this morning to have the screen replaced as previously stated and everything went great. They made good on their promise and then some. They replaced my screen and threw in a complimentary screen protector and discounted my previous bill. Accordingly, I'm updating my stars to 4.5 as the overall experience was very professional and fast. At the end of the day I will use their services in the future; any business can have an imperfect day as long as they implement real time corrections to the customer as was done here.

Things have changed and of course and the world has changed completely in the last 20 years. I don't really go to Best Buy lately unless I need something specific and electronic for my computer or perhaps headphones and what not. They almost never have what I need at this particular location and I find that the ones in Amherst and Clarence have better and more complete stock. Another thing that those stores do better is service. The two or perhaps three occasions I've been in here over the last few years including just a couple of months ago were not forthcoming in terms of a good service. I'm not sure why the standard of service at this particular Best Buy doesn't seem to quite match the averaged mediocre level from the other two Buffalo area stores that I go to a lot. The only one I can't remember is the Galleria so I can't directly compare to that one.
