Several weeks ago I encountered problems with my laptop computer that I did not know how to deal with. A friend recommended Dc-Technology, and I am VERY glad I followed her advice! Nate Dieter, the gentleman who worked on my computer, has a wealth of knowledge about technology and is very good at explaining things in layman's terms for folks like me who know just enough to access their emails and some bookmarked sites! Nate's work is very thorough, he has high ethical standards, and charges very affordable rates. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is his top priority; he'll make sure that all of your questions are answered and your computer is performing at its best. It said to replace my printer cartridge, because it was leaking. After I did this, my printer didn't work. Office Max couldn't help me at all. I went to Best Buy - and they do not fix printers, but told me that mine was toast and tried to sell me a new printer. My printer is a color laser printer that is barely 2 years old. I looked online and found BA Printer Service, and the owner, Bob, knew right away what the problem was. Hp does automatic updates and when I changed my blue ink, it updated the machine and kicked out my 3rd party ink cartridges that I had in there. All I needed were new hp brand printer cartridges and I'd be ready to go! Best Buy's Geek Squad WERE USELESS! But, Bob knew immediately! I bought new hp brand printer cartridges, and my machine is like new! Also, Bob is the nicest guy you could ever meet. I wish him continued success in his business and glad he's there for our community. He did!'t even charge me for his brilliant diagnostics! He advised me to purchase the battery myself and let him know when it arrived. Before bringing it in, I organized and backed up my laptop -- even though Joe said it probably wasn't necessary, he agreed it was the wise thing to do. Today I called him, and he told me to bring it right over and he could get it done the same day. What a difference from the Apple Store experience, where I was told I'd need an appointment, then possibly wait 10 days just for them to look at it, followed by another week or more for the repair. I simply couldn't be without my laptop for two weeks. Joe was amazing. He completed the repair in under four hours, the price was very fair, and he was kind, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. My laptop is working great!!!!
