It is at the side door of a residential building just off Hertel Avenue. Chris greats you at the door, asks you to put the computer on a little table in the hall way and gives you a receipt for the drop off. He told me it could be just dust in the fan or a defective fan. A day later I got a phone call and Judy, his assistant (may I call it that way?) told me the fan was failing. A new part was ordered and the computer would be fixed within a couple of days. They're conveniently located right outside the JCP department store on the second floor, across the way. Everyone was very friendly both on the phone and in person. They also went over the repair agreement thoroughly, including the $75 diagnostic fee, which goes toward the cost of any repair. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again, although hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!

Took my daughters phone in for a battery replacement...I phone 14. Saw him pouring alcohol on it to get the glue off...when he was done the cameras were blurry...three hours later trying to fix it...nothing. $163.12 for a battery replacement and now I have a damaged phone because Apple at the other end of the store said it is water damaged and cannot be fixed.. I do not recommend these clowns. Now I am out $163 and had to get a new used phone for $600 the evening. Phone is turning purple as the evening goes on as they really screwed it up.. DONT GO THERE. I will get some restitution as these guys should not be in business. A Lady before us was waiting as they couldn't even put on a screen protector right and had to do it again..
