TLDR: Great Prices, Great Quality, and Outstandingly Honest/Trustworthy. Hello, my name is Cole. When I turned 18 I bought an Alienware laptop for college work and gaming. However, I didn't know much about computers at the time and didn't realize that the Terabite Hard Disk Drive was broken and I was saving everything onto my C-Drive which was bad for the life of the computer and slowed down my laptop. As I got older (22) I learned more about computers and realized there was a problem but by this point, my laptop was out of warranty. This is probably a good thing since reviews online show that Dell (the owners of Alienware) are more likely to brick your machine than fix it, and they will leave you with the bill. So I had the unenviable task of finding a computer shop that wouldn't scam me for money or destroy my computer. During this time I realized that many shops in Tuscon receive a lot of bad reviews, but they have a suspiciously large number of positive reviews drowning them out. One such place is Geeks to You which has over 700 reviews and if you look at the negative ones you will realize that they overchange customers and are very unprofessional, at one point they deleted a church's Facebook page that the church paid them to make. All of this led me to Computer Doctor of Tuscon. His page had a reasonable number of reviews and he had replied to the only negative review he received. After bringing my computer in I explained my problem and he suggested a fix I could do at home for free. There is no place I know of that wouldn't choose to charge you for just bringing your computer in, nonetheless, give you a free option to fix it yourself. This free fix didn't end up working which led us to the conclusion that the Hard Disk Drive was always bad so after some talk he suggested that I order a one terabit 2.5 inch Solid State Drive to replace it. He even sent me an Amazon link so I could order the right part, and all of this consultation was completely free. Due to shipping times, I decided to pick up the part at a local shop. After that, I made an appointment and brought my laptop in to have him install it. In the end, he only charged me ten dollars to install the dive. Granted, I did all the partitioning and initializing of the drive myself at home, but he knew I could do that part on my own. In the end, he gave me plenty of options and fair prices. If there is one thing you could say about the guy is that he is honest and won't try to scam you. I really enjoyed his service and if I ever need a computer fixed again he is the first guy I am going to go to. read more

If they had more Stars, I would give them to this "Computer Genious". No BS, this guy is for real. My son bought a 2600. laptop and the manufacturer warranty ran out. The DC Power Jack got pushed up into the laptop and the jack would not stay connected or plugged in. Took it to the "Geek Squad", who wanted to send it to Ohio for a month and charge an arm and a leg, and call the Computer Repair that comes to your house, they said they had to take the laptop apart to look at the "Motherboard", just coming out was 150. an hour, and if they could find the part , it was going to total 500. or more, no guarantee. I found the" Computer Doctor " on Google and Facebook, who said, "bring it down". This guy not only fixed the laptop , he was done the following day, only charged me 60.00, which blew me away, thats a far cry from $500. or sending it out of state. This is our new Laptop, Computer repair shop forever, No lie, this guy knows his stuff, and hes not bad to look at, Ladies, lol. I cant tell you enough, this is the "Go-To Guy, and you cant go wrong. Aaron did an awesome job with my Macbook Air. I spilled water on the keyboard and it ruined the wifi chip... rookie move on my part. I was referred by Apple to a local computer store who quoted me roughly $800 to repair. I then took it to Aaron who only charged me a fraction of the price to repair adding a new wifi chip.
