If your computer is causing you any grief, Aaron Weiler should be the first person you call. We hired Aaron to install a Youtube setup for our kids before Christmas. Aaron was the first to respond to numerous inquiries I sent. He was eager to discuss the details and requirements on the phone and helped me figure out what and where to buy all the needed components. Even though his schedule was full, he was very accommodating and came two days before Christmas to get things ready. Aaron was incredibly attentive and full of knowledge. He installed all the hard- and software, then patiently explained it all to my son. It turned out that the computer's processor needed to be upgraded to get a better video result. He gave us options, being sensitive of the cost of things. There were a few other questions my kids had, which he researched on his own time and discussed with my son on the phone the next day. He came up with some great solutions and implemented it via remote access to our computer, which was a quick and easy fix for us. The processor we chose arrived on a Sunday and Aaron arrived a few hours later to install. He was very aware how anxious the kids were to upload a better picture to youtube. After a quick install, he fixed a few other issues and answered all the questions we had. There doesn't seem to be a problem he can't fix or isn't willing to research and fix. This young man is truly amazing with computers. I have been doing business with Aaron for the past four years. He first can to my home and repaired a Sony Laptop. He was very professional, clean cut and curious. I was amazed on how quickly he replaced a key board on the laptop. He made sure that every key function was working properly. I later had a problem with my desktop computer. his knowledge and recommendations for upgrading my desktop were spot on. My computer is faster and I am a lot happier with the upgrade. For those of you who are not familiar with computer terminology, don't worry. Aaron is so patient and polite. I last posted in 2012 about Aaron and his expertise on fixing and building computers. It's May of 2016 and Aaron is still the man, Dude got even smarter! I never see him personally anymore. I just text or call him about my problem and that's it. I can leave my computer on and go about my business. Return later and whatever problem I had, is fixed. That simple!
