One of Noel's long time customers. He has fixed hardware and software issues. Built my current PC and now I will discuss whether or not installing Windows 11 in my PC. Microsoft lied and said wasn't compatible so maybe time to switch to a Linux OS. I will stop by in 2 days when Microsoft says they will stop support. They do this periodically so no big deal. I am now also concerned about my info and data being stored on third party servers. I have killed ONE DRIVE already too confusing. I'll see what Noel says shortly! It seems that Microsoft and Google are always monitoring my internet use to target ads. I really hate the idea of anyone monitoring me and my internet use. So just for fun I Googled private Jet aircraft and 200' long private motor yachts. In seconds multiple adds for both. Then modified the search to models of both and got Hobby Lobby. My workhorse of a laptop, which I use for work and everything else, suddenly wouldn't start up. I called Computer Hospital in Worcester and was told to come in any time - went right in, and Noel stopped what he was doing to have a look. It turned out the charger port had worn out so the laptop hadn't charged overnight. A second port that I wasn't aware of worked! Noel wouldn't take anything for his time. I brought a Hp Envy 360 i7 Bang & Olufsen laptop with just a power but issue. This is a common problem these computer have .He calls me week later claiming the. Motherboard must of short circuited that he replace the power button board and it still would not turn on. This is not true cuase when the button snapped it was on sleep mode no motherboard issue if it was running. Does not take a technician to know this. I bring in a laptop a simple power button problem And now he is saying the motherboard must of short Circuited. Well if that the Case my laptop was running on sleep mode. So impossible for it to be this. Place is messy and unorganized. Apparently he is not smart. I would recommend taking business else where more clean and professional. read more

Whether or not your computer can be fixed is only a small part of the experience. It's like taking a car to a mechanic...you can't be mad if there's bad news. My iPad crashed and I couldn't get it to work. Noel was able to get it up and running for a VERY reasonable price. He was nice and courteous for the entire process. Wow....it's hard to believe that people can have so many choices and still find a way to moan about the ones they make. I have never had any issues with the repair work done at this location. OLD SCHOOL? I have been to places that won't work on older machines....this guy is a WIZ! There is nothing that you can bring him in the genre of computer machines no matter how old that he cannot fix and if it's not worth fixing he'll tell you that too. This guy is all up front ....no surprises and stands behind his work. Bought a machine from him with a windows install that works perfectly...and I don' have to pay monthly fees for the WP.....doesn't get any better. Five stars all the way for this place. read more
