He never returns calls or gets back to either myself or my mom (who is also having billing issues). It's always the same line... "I'll look into it and get back to you by tomorrow." Tomorrow comes and goes and we hear nothing. Customer service is terrible. His lack of understanding regarding promotions and how to fix billing errors is evident. We will never go through this company again. BIG mistake.

The store charges you $40 in addition to the $35 activation fee and the reps reason, "it's a store policy to pay for me to turn on this tablet and run the available promotions". Thank God for the fact that I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and the willingness of the online customer service agent who reversed everything and changed what he did. I called the store, and after I explained what he did wrong, his answer was "well, isn't fixed by the other rep now? So I don't understand the problem". This is terrible! Stay away from this place if you don't want your plan and promotions messed up.
