He just spent two hours crashing my computer, charging $150, and had to take it to the shop. After it was promised to me in 2 days, it wasn't ready til a week later and they wanted to charge me another $165. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I bought a new computer. If two hours of fixing crashed my hard drive, who KNOWS what they messed up in a week.
