Jeez, I wish I could give 0 stars. These peoplr are slow and have terrible servicr. When calling to check the status of a laptop i brought 10 days ago, they couldn't find the laptop. I knew what was wrong with it when turning it (I am an IT) and he tried to wrongfully diagnose it, in my opinion, to get moreoney out of me). I decided to come in person to check the status and it took 20 minutes just to find the charger so i could pick the laptop up because they said it would take 2-3 days to diagnose and give me a repair price. What a thief...basically stole my $20 deposit and my computer. I took my computer in and told the guy in 7-8 days i was leaving and moving away permanently from southern california. I took my computer in on a friday morning. Tuesday morning called to check on status he says i'll call you back in a few hours...I reminded him i was moving and it needed to be done by friday evening....well he doesn't back. Then i call friday morning he says I'll call you back....you guessed it! He doesn't call back. I don't know where to start. This play is a joke. The store looks like a junkyard for a computer. The workers almost tripped over all the junk that was just laying around. Very unprofessional. I gave them my computer expecting to get it fixed, but when i came back (days of calling,) I was told my computer was unfixable and they tried to sell me another.I refused and they still charged me a diagnostic fee. I had taken my laptop back to him it was really slow and he said it was fine then he goes on saying that it was slow because the one he sold me was 4gb I needed an 8gb. He said he would take if me and install 8gb. So I said ok when I went to pick up my laptop almost a week later, when he told me it would be done in a day or two. So when I get there to check out the laptop my Word is not working and he mentioned because it's not online so I ask him to connect it to his WiFi and now all of a sudden he has problems with his WiFi, then as I'm taking my laptop and paid him what we agreed on and was on the receipt he said that it was now more because it's was too much of a head ache for him, he ripped me off and the laptop is not working well like it should for the amount of money I have invested in it. This guy really knows his technology. My Macbook received intensive water damage and all the data was lost according to Best Buy. They said they could send it out and if they could retrieve any data it would cost upwards of 300$ and would take more than three weeks. I am a struggling college student who needed my data retrieved quicker and cheaper. I heard about this place and tried it out. He has it fixed in a few days for half the price! OK yesterday was not my day! I first dropped my iPhone 7 plus & the right side of the screen had color lines. I could not use the right side at all, i couldn't text i could not press any key that was on the right hand side at all. Then got home & my computer was alerting me with this computer voice "your computer has a virus", all night long it was alerting me with this voice. I could not get on the computer at all so this morning i had time to call the number so the screen said microsoft so i thought it was legit. I did this like three way thing where the technician was on my screen. He let me know my IP address was not protected he even showed me all my passwords to some of my accounts. Then he proceeded to show me how many ppl were on my IP address, he said i can fix the problem for $199. OMG I knew it was a scam. He proceeded to demand rudely for the $199 & said if you do not pay i will disable your computer right now. And he did, i don't know how the hell this company can do this to people! My Dad has been coming to Computer Network Zone for years even when it was at another location. We pulled up & the signage was messed up but never judge a book by its cover!!! I was greeted with the nicest comforting smile by Ismael. I told him all my problem He fixed my phone like brand new in a couple of hours. All colored lines were gone from the phone. I really thought my phone was a total damage and i thought i was going to go through the hassle of getting another phone from the company. I am so happy about my phone repair. Very disappointed. I had a Macbook pro shut down completely, so i took it in. constantly had to call to be updated, but always said that they call back. They NEVER once called. Eventually I paid a hefty price to receive my computer only for it to still be broken. I returned it and they told me that they'll fix it free of charge. Well 3 weeks later, I called up (no they never once called again) to get an update on the laptop. I come in and I STILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. Now I'm worried that my laptop will just crash again and ill be out $300 dollars. Horrible costumer service, rip off prices! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!! Update: My computer crashed again!!!!! The only think i downloaded was an trustworthy app on the App Store. I can't return it cause of their ridiculous 1 day return policy. This is a true, actually happened story. I was fooled by viewing their web site about their service of how good they are to repair all Apple Computers. Now I got them wrong, they had my MacBook Pro sitting for 4 weeks without determine of how to repair. I had my MacBook with liquid spill damage that required a mother board replacement. They only have two persons in the shop, Ismail big pushy guy, liars to me to take more time until you get sick and tired. Then, he tried pushing sell you used Laptop instead of repairing to save my money as an excuse. Finally I went over there to take my MacBook back, but they charged me $99 including $20 paid upfront for the service, not repairs, nothing. These people are cheats. They gave me back my computer working but all of the sudden my charger doesn't work anymore. Wtf?? He tells me it's my computers fault and that he is not going to argue with me. How do I drop off a charger that is working with my laptop and pick it up and it's dead?? Do not go here! I was fooled by the good reviews found on Google. I asked him to renew the Windows on my laptop. He promised it will take 2 hours and will cost $20-30. Then when my mom showed up he lied that he had no idea who was on the phone and it actually cost $40. For a week he kept making excuses and try to throw in some deals. Then when he finally "fixed" my laptop, he said that he upgraded it and it should be worth $95. My mom refused and took back the laptop. When I check it turns out he downgraded and formatted it. He changed my Microsoft Office 2016 to 2007. He also turned my Windows 10 Pro to Home. He is a constant liar who tries to milk out more money than he is supposed to. I had to bug him for a week just to get anything done. I'm pretty sure anyone who think he is good is pretty much a paid reviewer. read more

I took my old laptop in for repairs. I was warned that it would about a week for them to look at it because they were very busy. I went back a week later and they told me it wasn't worth it to repair because it was so outdated. They sold me a used one for a good price. It's fast and been working great . I cracked my laptop screen and took it to this place on a Thursday because they were estimating $100 cheaper than geek squad but otherwise my laptop was in perfect working order. Ismael told me he would give me a call in a couple days, I never got the call. I called him Monday and he told me they weren't finished yet and for some reason he told me they had to remove my motherboard. I wondered why but then he said it should be ready by Wednesday. I picked my laptop up Thursday at a rate $20 higher than he originally quoted, because according to him it was a higher quality screen. On the surface it appeared he did a great job, until I actually started using the computer. All of a sudden my otherwise fine laptop is now running very slow. It takes the computer 5 minutes to boot up now, whereas before it was immediate. Google Chrome used to open immediately now it takes a couple minutes and runs very sluggish. The icing on the cake was the sudden blue screen error and reboot which has never happened before. I looked in the error logs and saw that the same thing happened a few days prior while he had the laptop. I take it back to Ismael and explain my issue because my computer was fine before I gave it to him. I've already given him $140 for the screen and the first thing he says is that it will be $69 just to run the diagnostic. I tell him thats not satisfactory because my laptop was fine before I brought it to you, in addition to the fact that for some reason you removed my motherboard. Now he is denying that he ever said that and says he did not remove the motherboard. We go back and forth because he stresses that he gave me a great deal on the screen and the best he can do is to take 50% off the diagnostic fee. I tell him thats not ok and that he should inspect the laptop at no charge because these issues have only started since he worked on it. He tried to blame me saying I dropped the laptop at some point which I never have, he basically said everything he could to deflect blame. I had no recourse because Im not a lawyer and even though I wanted to punch him, I can't do that. So I told him to take the screen back and refund my money, he refused. So now I have an improperly working laptop and Im $140 poorer. To top it off, a man walked in as my wife and I were about to leave and he had complaints about work done on his ipad to which Ismael tried to deflect blame again and told the man he dropped it. Don't do business with this scumbag. He's the type that thinks because he has some expertise he can manipulate and rob people. Bad customer service, bad business ethics, if I could give him a zero I would. I will also be leaving reviews on Google Reviews and wherever else I can in relation to this guy. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Bellflower Chamber of Commerce because this guy and scumbags like him who think they can get over on people are bad for the community. read more

I would not trust this place at all!! I went in to get my screen replaced on my MacBook Air. It was a year old and everything else worked perfectly fine. I had to call them to check on the status of the work being done and every time they would tell me that they needed a few more day and that they would call me back. I had to call them back and forth for a month or so and finally got it back. The laptop had scratches that weren't there before and the screen looked like it had scratches inside of the monitor. Oh and did I mention that it no longer charged my laptop nor did the keyboard. I went back to address all of these issues and all the guy told me was "we only worked on the screen nothing else" he refused to fix the other problems that never existed. He had erased my Word programs and offered to install them back. Of course once he installed them my computer had 2 viruses. He didn't fix anything and was only trying to offer to fix the keyboard and fix the battery. He was trying to charge me an additional $200 on top of the $400 that he charged me to replace the screen. Love this place. They fixed my macbook pro here for less than 1/2 the price they were charging me at the apple store. Ismail did a great job in fixing it, I would take it here again! They did take a little longer than i expected but i was okay with that (he did have to order some parts he didnt have) and i did see he had ALOT of computers to work on so i understood why it took a while. He called me and updated me on my laptop all the time and would update me when i would call in. In the end i was happy with my results and the price! read more

This is a review in which I brought in my laptop a year ago and posting right now after the usage of my macbook for a year after fixing it up here. This one star would be for the niceness of the owner and that would probably be it. I brought in my macbook pro retina display for a display problem and was told I had to get the entire display replaced. He said it would be $1000-2000 at the apple store since it's a retina display and for him to fix it, it would be way cheaper. So of course, I read reviews and decided the price would be better to fix it here. He has diagnosis days to repair charged, display charged, and everything else charged which was fine since I only had this laptop for a year. However, after about 3-4 days, I picked up my laptop and there were unknown scratches all over the bottom of my macbook. Mind you, I have always used cases/sleeves ever since I first got my macbook so I had no scratches prior to this. And the screen started to work fine. However, whenever I restarted my laptop, the display would never turn on and I had to close and open my laptop few times for the display to turn on. Plus, there was one part of the hinge of my laptop piece that would fall out constantly and eventually broke off in which I had to glue back on. And yesterday as I was working on my laptop, it just shut off out of nowhere. It's only been 2 years since I used this laptop. And one year of using the laptop after fixing it, it just shut down. I've consistently had problems of display not turning back on and it eventually shut down. I am thoroughly not happy whatsoever. Do not go to this place. I don't know about other devices but I 100% do not recommend taking your macbooks here. I might end up paying a price for another laptop just to fix this place's mistake. read more

Recently purchased another computer & screen just stayed black screen, called them to fix & the owner said call them in an hour because they're not open, well don't have time to call them after hour because computer is being used for business and it needed to be fix right away and all he can say is to bring it back to them, which by the way will take forever for me to get it back, what a nightmare. I tried to keep my business with them but every computer I purchased had issues and it takes forever for them to fix it and when they do, it's not fix properly. I AM SO GLAD I CAME TO THIS PLACE!!! My computer started slowing down about six months ago, but was still pretty fast and then right before I started school again, it shut down on me. Right after I put my log in password in the attempt to view my desktop, the computer would freeze while in search mode. Thank God I back all my documents. As an IT major there is no way I can be without a computer. I was referred by my beloved grandfather who spoke highly about the sales manager Amin. As I entered the establishment I was greeted by Shah, a very polite and knowledgeable employee which helped tremendously in my decision on leaving my computer there. I had a very bad experience with one of the leading, high costing computer establishments in the past which lead to my skepticism. But since my computer feels like brand new all is well thanks to Amina and Shah, only took a couple days to do quality work and didn't cost me an arm and a leg, I feel blessed!!!
