Came in to get my pc diagnosed. He said he would contact us within an hour. No call back, so we called back an hour before closing and he said he hasn't worked on it yet. Next day and still no updates. We called back at noon and he mentioned what could be the problem, but says he will update us in an hour. By 3 pm still no update, so we go to pick up the PC. First tells us it's the CMOS battery then claims it needs a BIOS update. We refused further service and took back the build with no solutions. Looked back on the motherboard and incorrect wires were connected to front panel and RAM sticks weren't in the correct slots. read more
