First was the network setup. Brandon, one of the co-owners, came over and set it up quickly and told me what to do if I ever unplug the system to start it up again. Then he mounted my smaller tv in my bedroom above my closet and created spots in the wall to hide the wires and tied them down do I can't see them at all. For the living room he recommended Sony as the only tv I should ever go with so I got one through him and he mounted that as well, also keeping the wiring very neat and descrete. I was honestly impressed by the speed and precision of knowing where was best to mount it based on my couch and what would look best at that eye level. I dropped my "bratty" Inspiron off at Techie Dudes on a Wednesday and had a nice conversation with Will. (A good listener.) Will said to check back in a couple of days. I called on Friday afternoon and spoke to Erik. Erik said Will had left (service call) but he'd check on it as he had some time. About an hour later, Erik called me back and happily announced he got the Inspiron up and running. All good after five, test restarts! Erik was above and beyond. Asked Matt to build our son a gaming computer, and he readily agreed. I did some research on him…read moreand his company, also talked extensively with him on the phone, expressing our guidelines and specific interests, and feeling satisfied with his qualifications we as a family decided to hire him. After a few days he sent us a list of parts to get at a local distributor. we purchased said parts and got the ball rolling. After the build we brought the unit home and it ran for about 1/2 an hour and stopped. We brought it back to him and he had it for about a week , after which I e-mailed him for an update on the fix. there was no reply but the next day he delivered it to our house saying it was fixed. We started it up and nothing......so I e-mailed, many times ( 6 or 7) called his phone....nothing. No reply no answer. I went to a different location and used a land line not in our families name and much to his surprise he answered and I was on the line. After a prolonged discussion about his inability to get the unit fixed he told me he doesn't know anything about " Gaming Computers" and told us he was done with us as customers. No offer of refund and now we have a boat anchor in a box and we are out $1500 + I would NOT recommend him to anyone. He took us for a ride. In reply to Matts reply, we have not had any communication with him since he told us he would not fix the computer. That was almost 2 weeks ago. It's funny that on the day we posted this review he called the police department and told them that we were abusive. Wow!
