They're open during the COVID-19. I dropped off 4 desktop computers, 4 printers, keyboards, cable modems, one lcd monitor and bunch of cables. The CRT monitor is $10ea if you want to drop it off. The lady was nice enough to look up where to take and drop off the CRT monitors from free. I took the monitors back and will bring it to the City E-waste yard on the weekend. They have helpers to assist on unloading from your car. Location is not that hard to fine. 5 stars service. Amazing and quick service! Workers and Drivers are extremely friendly! Will definitely recommend to others I spoke with Rick who is very helpful and informative when it comes to electronic recycling. I called literally 10 minutes before they closed to arrange a pick up for the following morning and they were very accommodating. However, you need to have a minimum of 15 qualified items for the free pick up service. The drivers came exactly on time and required no assistance to load the pallet onto the truck. They gave me a form to sign as proof of pick up and informed me that I should receive a certificate of recycling within a week. I received the certificate 3 business days later! Called this place before coming to make sure what I was going to throw out was okay. I forgot her name but the young woman on the other line was very polite and answered all my questions. The location isn't very noticeable. It's located in a somewhat residential street. I pulled up on the driveway and I was greeted by one of the employees. He helped take the box of items out of my trunk. The service was just as quick as the young woman on the phone said it would be. After giving the employee my stuff, I went inside their office and signed a paper. That's pretty much it. I was in and out in a flash. Our company did spring cleaning and had a massive amount of materials we needed to recycle. I contacted Thomas and his team for an appointment to make a pickup, which I was worried because I wasn't sure if they could do it all in one day. When their team came they were very fast and professional. Andy, Chevy and Dave were very helpful in getting ALL our stuff out in one day. Even though we had everything in the basement these 3 made it happen through in a timely matter, going up ramps, speed bumps and basically around the building to their truck. Super easy to drop off. I called in before coming in make sure they were open. I wanted to recycle 3 computers, 1 monitor and 1 fax machine. They said it was free unless I wanted them to wipe out and destroy my hard drives for $4 per hard drive. Once I arrived just had to go to the front office to fill out a form and pay $12 for the hard drive destructions in my computers while they unloaded everything for me in my car. My mother passed away and we had many old laptops and computers that needed to be recycled. The recycling is free. Their customer service was horrible. I had scheduled an appointment for an e-waste pick up. They gave me a time frame. The driver never showed up, when I called to ask where the Driver was, they said that they would call me back. Well 45 mins later and still no call back. I had to call them and they told me that the driver was behind schedule 2-3 hrs and I could reschedule for another day. Then when i asked to speak to the Manager, they offered me his cell phone number to call. read more

They are a great company but they are horrible of giving ex-tern students a chance to be employed. I did a month and a half of ex-tern and helped refurbish computers, i would average about 50-60 computers refurbished a week. They only wanted free labor, i spoke to Michael about employment and he said he would definitely hire me =but i had to fill out a application and he would hire me on the spot. read more
