This place was a bit different from other recycling centers I've been to -- it's a mix of indoor and outdoor, which I didn't know at first. I had recyclables sitting in my car for days because it had been pouring rain all week, and most centers close when it rains. If I had known this one was partially indoors, I would have come sooner! It's a little tricky to get in and out because the entrance is small, but the staff was quick, helpful, and really nice. Overall, a good experience once you're inside. read more

My old recycling center closed and this place was recommended by a neighbor. I looked up reviews prior to going, and I was a little hesitant as the reviews were mixed. Went on a Sunday morning around 11. I was able to pull into the lot, which has space for 3-4 cars. Unloaded my 4 bags of recyclables into their containers. The staff was friendly but the other patrons were all men who gave the side eye like I had intruded into a men only area. Instead of being men and helping a girl out, all they did was glare. Many reviews stated that the staff was rude and shortchanged them. I cannot say that was my experience. I was nicely greeted by the staff and was given my accurate amount ($17.23 which is comparable to what I used to get). If you lost your recycling center, this is a reasonable alternative. Note that they don't have anywhere to wash your hands that I was able to find so you may get a little dirty in the process. If you can't pull into the lot, there was ample street parking. read more

I've been here a couple times and staff have been helpful and the service was pretty quick for such as tight recycling center. They have taken plastics that aren't accepted in other recycling locations. I think they offer a good bang for your buck compared to other recycling centers. Which is the main reason I'm rating this 4/5 stars. The downsides to this recycling center is that it is too small so you may have to park your vehicle at the curb and drag the plastic containers to load your recyclables in. The plastic containers are on the smaller side compared to other locations and so, I wish they have bigger containers to put our recyclables in. There are no water dispenser to wash your hands. Overall, no nonsense and SOS get's the job done. read more

This place is a ripoff. They paid me about 1/2 of what I usually get for the same amount of cans and bottles at another place a little farther from me. The weights on the scale dont match the weight on the little receipts they have you sign and pay you by. read more

Arrived at 5:15pm on Friday Dec.1st and they were already locking the gate. Took me 45 min to drive to this recycling center. Bummer and waste of gas. Please update your hours. Guy I talked to closing up the gate was really nice and apologized and lmk he will be talking to business about updating to correct operating hours. He was exceptionally nice. read more

hiw many FFFFFFFFFF's can i put here. This is the second ( and last ) time i will attempt to go to this dump. And i mean that as an insult; NOT bc it is a recycling place. I drove out OF MY WAY here from ANOTHER place that CLISED EARLY TOO - GREEN EARTH (which is USUALLY good) - Here's the straight crap: if you can't or don't want to be open the hours that you post then change the F@^%*king hours on your signs your website and on the search engines / that's it bottom line!! it's a basic courtesy of doing business (you don't deserve our business) any of ours; if you can't even do the bare minimum bit of courtesy for your customers -Now I guess I am driving around with - thanks fir garbage in my car now until tomorrow when I can find a place that's actually open the hours they say they're open - meanwhile the yelp app isn't working for crap as well thanks yelp you guys suck too... For the most part the people here help and are pretty chill. I was really happy my first time there. Today is my second day there. There was one employee that called me crazy hence the lowering of a star. I did end up running away with $22 with a trunk full of recyclables in a 4 door car, which I believe give more than other recycling centers, but I don't know if it is worth the unprofessionalism and name calling. When I confronted the issue, the man who did it started denying it and acting like a kid with a tantrum, slamming things around and pacing back and forth. I just pointed it out because I don't appreciate being called crazy right in front of my face, especially if I am a customer who is bringing work, and it being my second time there. That's just bad customer service. There are still things to learn about how they do things what the system is, especially if no one bothers to greet or acknowledge you. And they just stare at your from afar which is totally fine with me because social distancing, but don't yell at people when you don't even teach people how to do things and name call. So basically what I gather is, you dump all your plastic bottles in one orange basket which is the a bit deformed because it looks hand made with a thick orange netting, but pretty close to the shape of a grey trash can. You have to put aluminum cans in another of these orange baskets. Then glass in their actual grey trash cans. (Which I didn't know no one told me except the rude man that called me crazy). Parking is small, and there is always at least one person in front of you from my couple of experiences. At least there was a more humane employee the one that was smoking apologized for his colleague's behavior. And other man sympathized with me which I really appreciate the kindness and them understanding my point of view. I don't like being confrontational, but I feel like this would benefit other customers in case they had this bad experience as well. I'm still pretty heated from the experience but at least my first time there was smooth and stress free. read more

Be careful with this places guys . Make sure you're keeping track of your recycling because a couple of times I been here they want to keep my pocket change that is near a dollar and when I ask for the 80 cents they always say they have a shortage of change. I seen that I'm not the only person that has been ripped off because they complain as well . When I told the main guy about this wasn't my first time.
