My most recent visit was today after I had to go back to Best Buys three times after I bought my new IPad. The "Geek Squad" was finally able to transfer most of my data, including emails and files after three visits, but could not transfer the texts that I had before I bought the IPad. Text are an essential part of my business and being able to look at my clients' history is vital. Joe was able to figure out that it was a syncing problem caused by an encryption issue. Joe went to battle with it and did in a couple of hours, what the "Geek Squad" was unable to do in what seemed to be an eternity across three visits. Joe is resourceful, tenacious and thorough. While I was there today, an elderly couple came in and I knew they would be in good hands. I know because I sent my 84 year old mother to them when I was out of town, when she had a meltdown on her phone. They were able to go through the whole boot up of the phone with her even though my mother didn't know her passwords, usernames, etc. They were able to explain things to her in a way that she could understand and they were extremely patient. I think that is one of the best service qualities they have, they are genuinely patient and helpful. Those are qualities that are hard to find these days.
