He also went (far) beyond the estimated three hours work time and did not charge more than the quoted price. He picked up my parts and brought the finished work back. For the bad: This took a full month for what normally would be an hour. Part of it was the motherboard having an issue and it taking him a couple days to get a new one. The big problem, though, was he did not notice a loose connection, and it took outside help for him to find it. Because of the connection issue, he could not turn on the machine at all. He also put in an air cooler to my new rig when I asked for a water one (the AIO water I got was too big). I have had heat issues in the past, you see. I also had bad RAM, and he put in two 8 gigs, rather than the 16s I had requested. Maybe that's on me. Two eights is 16 gigs, but I meant that I had two 16s, topping out at 32 gigs. All in all, barring the time, Cloudlinks did a good job. I have my PC back, and so far it's working well.

Not only did Boris make sure this problem was addressed, he noticed while working on it some small structural issues. These resulted from my slipping and falling on the computer last winter, shielded by a padded briefcase. At no extra charge, he replaced some screws and otherwise corrected the alignment of the frame, presenting me the next day with a pleasant surprise, as I had forgotten about these issues with my machine. The mount I bought is…read morethe type that either sits just on the wall or it drops down & swivels left & right & it's a very difficult mount to install & they did it with ease. My TV is over my fireplace & Originally I wanted my wires fished through the Fireplace wall & they were 100% prepared to do it but my home was built in the 30's so there's concrete behind the wall in my fireplace & they were going to absolutely try to do it. Unfortunately with concrete it makes it much harder to do so I opted for them to mount the TV & leave the wires outside the wall & even when I told them "If it's really really difficult then put the wires through the PVC piping" & they were still 100% willing to do the wall fishing but again I opted not to do the wall fishing so they put it through white PVC piping also my TV plug wasn't long enough to to be plugged in & I didn't have an extension cord long enough for my TV to reach the outlet so they ran to Lowe's to buy one at no charge to me & I couldn't believe they didn't charge me for it but that's just the kind of company they are. The 2 men wanted to make sure everything was perfect & that I was absolutely & positively 100% happy & I am more than happy with them. They are perfectionists which is a great thing because you don't find that very often. They texted me before they came with a time frame which is excellent because I have 2 dogs I needed to put away. Many companies just show up. If I could give them 10 stars I would because they're just amazing. I absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMEND DJB Installations & it's not often I would give a company 10 stars but they deserve it. If you're thinking of mounting your TV then definitely use DJB Installations. You guys, the reviews are not lying! Sometimes when a business has nothing but good reviews, it may seem too good to be true. I can assure you, they are as good as they seem online. I texted the number on the their site around 2:30pm. I got a response in about a minute, no joke! He arrived at my house at 4:45pm and was done in about 15 minutes or less. We had great conversation, he was very friendly and kind. I am extremely impressed with how prompt and efficient the installation was done and how the customer service was overall. Dave arrived with an assistant and quickly diagnosed a weak amplifier up on the antenna. They brought out the 40 ft ladder and had the new amplifier installed in about 30 minutes.
