Windows 11 and/or the computer not only rejected it but totally locked me and everybody else out. The operating system had to be scrubbed and a new OS installed. I didn't have time to do the repair myself, as I was traveling to Spokane to help care for my grandmother. I searched the Spokane area for someone to complete the repairs with the parts I purchased, while I was in town. Shannon was able to fit me into her schedule quickly, and she was able to complete the work with the parts I purchased. During the test process after the repair was complete, she found that the cable that connected the motherboard to the screen had also been damaged. She quickly ordered a replacement part and installed it. My steam deck is now working perfectly and looks awesome with the new buttons :-) I would 100% recommend Shannon for computer repairs in the future!

I have used Perfection 3 times prior to my recent visit and those times were excellent. But I am…read moreafraid NOT this time. I apparently had a SSD card go bad I was told at first it was a mechanical drive, I told them to go ahead and replace the bad card, I had three of them after all. When they got back to me later it was confirmed the SSD card went bad which was really bad because that card had the windows operating system on it. It was implied that all of my disk drives were bad and needed to be replaced I told them to do what was necessary. The SSD was replaced and they pulled both of my hard drives and added another SSD for no apparent reason because my mechanical drives were just fine, worse they were going to dispose of them without transferring my files!! I could have lost years of files for NO reason. I made them give me my drives (thankfully) because they saved nothing that was on my computer. When I got home and realized how bad it was (and still is windows 11 sucks) I reinstalled both drives yanked one of their replacements. Since then I have wasted 10 hours trying to restore my computer and my files. NOT happy!! I know from past experience that it will take 2 months to find and fix all of the bugs and have all of my files running again. Why in the Hell were my functional drive pulled and not synced up with the new SSD drive? I am frustrated and dreading the hours more work that lays ahead.

I called Miriam and she was super helpful and got me hooked up quickly with quality reliable service. Her and David are a great resource for Internet service and the customer service is 5 stars all the way and worth the extra $$$. With no internet I don't make $$$$. I feel that I can call Fast Internet and get any issue solved quickly. Call them and and give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

Not knowing where to go, I tried Hughes Computer Services. I've worked with Janet, Al and Charles over the past week. My computer was really messed up and wasn't backing up to my external drive, even though it said it was. They restored my laptop and my key files. Not all my files were recoverable--I'm confident they would have recovered them if they could. They spent hours on my computer and on recovery efforts and kept me updated through the process. I'm impressed by their expertise, communication and customer service. And, I learned not to trust one back up option. I'll be using two different back-up methods going forward.
