On a sevice request to add ethernet to rental property that had no or virtually no internet speeds for telecommuting, Tom came over and performed the service to my wife's and mine exceptional expectation. Would not and could not recommend these guys for commercial MSP support. Only three guys work in the office, and that includes the owner Adam. The outfit is centered around the owner, so bottom line if something were to happen to him the place would fold and there goes your IT support. Also takes forever to get anything scheduled with them due to being such a small outfit. Not to mention that their prices are outrageous. Do yourself a favor and go with a more established MSP. I reached out to this company because in cleaning my keyboard I broke the small plastic lever pieces on two of my keys making it impossible to reattach them. It's a super simple repair - parts are probably less than $1 (just a plastic hinge for the underside of the key) and it would take any experienced computer repair person less than 5 minutes to fix. They quoted me $105....completely insane. I called another spot in Post Falls and they told me to bring it on in and they'd fix it for free since it's such a minor thing and 'no one should be without their computer right now.' I highly recommend these guys! They are very knowledgeable, great pricing, and so polite. Adam came out to look at our house the same day we received our cameras and the job was started late that evening. Connell and his 15 year old brother put up several cameras for us and diligently worked during a very hot weekend until it was finished, even with a sprained ankle. They did a fantastic job with placing the cameras just so and making sure I was able to use and view them. We also purchased a new router and while Connell was off work he still came over to set it up and reconnect our cameras for me. This is the second time I have used this company for computer repair services. Adam spent a lot of time and labor diagnosing my desktop issue (The blue screen of death). He could have really gouged me on the labor but he did not! I will continue to take my computers here for repair. Adam warranty's all his work and he does not overcharge for parts and labor! He takes the time to answer all your questions and give advice on how to keep your pc healthy. He does not talk down to you like some computer techs, he explains very technical issues in a easy to understand manner. I have found all the employees very professional and friendly.
