I had a PC built for me three years ago here and brought it back to Craig thinking the power supply died.

The good parts; they have pretty much every configuration you could want on hand and you can try them out. The store is beautiful. Downsides: it's really busy, so you often have to wait. Once you're in, it's the same stressful confusing process, complete with periodic attempts at upsells. Why I won't go back: I was supposed to get an essentially free phone through Verizon. My sales associate didn't know to check against different plans, even after I mentioned the phone should be free, can he do that. He said yes. I only barely caught that the trade in was only half the value, and even then he was insistent that it was the normal value. It took two people and me logging into Verizon to prove the point and even then I got push back until, to no surprise to me, it went through. They did apologize, but that was still hundreds of dollars they almost cost me. Also, after all was said and done, they could have given me the 500 gig phone, but did the 256, which I didn't catch on to until after the process was done. We didn't need the 500gig, but it sucks to get cheated out of it because of incompetence/ignorance/inexperience when you're literally going there for the expertise. As far as help with the transfer process it was okay. They got you started but it's not any faster than doing it home or on your own.

At the Columbia Mall location it's always crowded and you have to sign in and an associate will call you when it's your turn. The associates were all pleasant and each very knowledgeable about their specific product expertise that they could assist you with. They have samples of most of the items on display that you can try out to find the product that is right for you. I was impressed that they had a workshop going on in store on how to use an electronic pen for iPads and it was free. You can also preorder products that were not available in store for pickup. I have to admit Apple products are NOT cheap, but as far as value, they seem to hold up well and you can purchase additional warranties to ensure you have coverage if anything goes wrong. All in all, a great product store to come explore, to purchase, or come in to troubleshoot any product issues you may have.

Printers & cameras would not work after Verizon & iPhone did an upgrade. I contacted this company,…read moreand they responded quickly. They conducted a home visit, and the two men who showed up were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They fixed the printers, climbed the ladder to fix the camera, and updated the computers. I trusted them in my home and have since hired them for other computer software issues.

On January 8, 2025, I left my computer at this computer repair shop, expecting them to fix my broken screen. The lines below are copied from my phone records. I asked for my computer back, only to get the run-around (You're in the hospital? That's unfortunate, but I want my computer back.): 01/16/2025 03:35 PM (301) 906-5161 to Bethesda/MD 2 Min 01/17/2025 05:29 PM (301) 906-5161 to Waldorf/MD 1 Min 02/06/2025 01:11 PM (301) 906-5161 to Bethesda/MD 2 Min 02/27/2025 03:40 PM (301) 906-5161 to Bethesda/MD 2 Min I visited the store 5 additional times, on dates that I didn't document. I asked a lady (twice), and a young man for my computer back, and twice more when they were unexpectedly closed. If you're going to insist on CASH (or Zelle) and demand a $50 diagnostic fee, AT LEAST GIVE MY COMPUTER BACK. There's a saying: "Fast, Cheap, or Good...pick two." I thought I was paying for "Cheap and Good". What I ended up paying $50 for - was the experience of begging for my computer back for 52 days.
