I don't like to wait for orders online but he let me know he had some extra parts around that he was willing to throw into the deal.. and ultimately because I was so happy with his response time I was willing to pay him a little more. Since then I've been back to Joey and upgraded my machine with him and he even HELPED ME sell my old parts and replace them with the upgrades. He is extremely knowledgable, personable, we honestly spent more time talking and nerding out than anything. Great guy and does his thing well. This is what he's done for me and my wife: My wife loves to hear me sing. Derek and I met about 10-12 times in the parking lot of Lowwes in secret because I wanted to surprise my wife with a CD full of love songs that I sang for her and she loved it. Derek walked me through the process: choosing a quality Karioke microphone, recording song on my phone, giving phone to him where he put all songs on a CD and sim card, showing me how to operate mic, sim card, and USB port.
