When he says he will be there at a certain time------he's there. If delayed, he actally calls! I believe his fees are very reasonable. This is what he's done for me and my wife: My wife loves to hear me sing. Derek and I met about 10-12 times in the parking lot of Lowwes in secret because I wanted to surprise my wife with a CD full of love songs that I sang for her and she loved it. Derek walked me through the process: choosing a quality Karioke microphone, recording song on my phone, giving phone to him where he put all songs on a CD and sim card, showing me how to operate mic, sim card, and USB port. He even took the time to give clear and written step by step directions for everything whild always maintaining personal and professional patience. If he isn't ethical enough to pay for his music or professional enough to keep it to himself, I don't want to know what happens behind closed doors. I would have rated higher if the prices were as low as the quality, but you will pay the same amount here as you would at a good IT shop.
