When I asked about the website, the staff told me it was "not our problem", and "we don't care", and "we are not responsible for the website". When I pressed them on the information posted on the website, they said it was probably the old owners. So, I asked when the owners changed. They said it was 5 years ago, but again they didn't care and are not responsible. This review is for the attitude of employees at The Postal Shoppe. Instead of "I'm sorry we no longer offer that service. I'll let the owner know to update the website"; it was "not our problem", and "we don't care". On my last visit I spoke to the clerk, Teresa, and she was very short with me complaining about her broken toilet and tenants. It was almost as if she was on drugs. I simply wanted to know a time when Chuck would be in so that I could get an estimate for insurance purposes. She then proceeded to get upset with me and stated that I should go somewhere else. The most shocking part was that she gave me a reference to four different shops in Freeport. All in all this business was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
