Revival has competitive pricing, but more important than that to me is the quality of the customer service I've received. They are very attentive, friendly, patient, and ask good questions about what's going on. They have never looked down on me for not knowing all the answers, which is what I've gotten at other stores. They're also a locally-owned and operated business, not a chain, so if you like to shop local, this is a great spot for you. I brought my iPhone 7 in after it stopped charging and because it was a simple fix they actually did it for free!! The other shops said they'd charge me $80+ to do the same fix. I'm a big fan of this place and will be going to Revival for my future repair needs from now on.

He is a down to Earth guy, that presents himself and his service right off the bat as reliable and professional. I know I sound like an advertisement for these guys but that is exactly what I am doing.
