We hired Antonio Morales, who owns A&M Construction Services, to put an addition on our house. Job…read morewas started in April and completed in October. Now that job is complete, he won't respond to calls and texts about problems we are having. Plumbing was installed incorrectly and pipes froze. Sewer pipe installed incorrectly and when it rained, water just poured in there. Part of that problem was that they didn't backfill around the house. Tony said they would do it and didn't. They also didn't grade their ruts they made in the yard. They didn't respect our property. They ran over the septic clean out tank lid. They were really messy and didn't clean up. We were promised a cleaning company would clean the house when they were done. That didn't happen. One window was installed without the crank. We tried to get a hold of him and he didn't respond. We replaced it ourselves. No attention to detail. Sloppy paint job. Communication was bad. Tony's estimate of how long something takes is really bad. He told us it would take 2 months. It ended up taking 6 months. After it was enclosed, his guys ran the AC with the windows open. Sump pump was installed on 15 amp. circuit and should have been 20 amp per code. Deck was built with steel nails and should have been coated screws. Heat ducts for furnace were installed wrong and we're having heating issues. The slider on the front was not built under the peak of the roof so the house looks lopsided. They punched holes in the shower enclosure walls when installing and didn't tell us about one of them, they just caulked it. The other hole we saw, they also caulked and painted it. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

He didn't. I followed up with another call to Tony trying to arrange a meeting at my house in Wausau to describe my plan for the basement. He set up a 10 am meeting the following day. He never showed up again, nor ever called back. Absolutely horrible service. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
