We were looking for a place to eat near SoFi Stadium that wasn't overly priced and was popular with locals, and Con Huevos Cafe kept coming up--so we decided to try it, and we're so glad we did. The location is very convenient, especially if you're heading to or from the stadium. Despite it being a busy weekend, we were impressed with how quickly we were seated. The service was efficient and welcoming from the start. I ordered the Mole Chilaquiles, which had the perfect balance of sweetness with a nice kick of spice--I absolutely loved them. We also shared the Gorditas de Chicharrón, which were delicious, slightly spicy, and came with a side of salsa. My boyfriend says those were his favorite dish. He also ordered the Norteño Eggs and was really impressed. The chorizo added a great twist, and we appreciated that they used pieces of queso fresco instead of just shredding it on top--it made the dish feel more authentic and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, a great spot with amazing food, fair prices, and a convenient location. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Went here for brunch and enjoyed it very much. The food was delicious. I had the Vuelve A La Vide plate (with added steak) which had everything I wanted and more. It was so flavorable and cooked exactly how I wanted. My boyfriend had Chilaquiles. He thought they were pretty good but could've been spicier! The green sauce on top had a little too much lime as well. Horchata came in a small glass for the price but very tasty. For being lunch hour, the service was a little slow, I think the waitresses need a hostess seating people to take the pressure off of the orders. Overall, I would definitely recommend and will be coming here again!

We ordered 2 types of the chilaquiles red and green the green one came out dry Server had ask if we wanted natural orange juice or jug orange juice and we had ordered and paid for natural orange juice and it tastes it mixed with orange juice from jug and pulp from the orange natural juice".we tried the "iced coffee she offered us de la holla" or regular coffee and we said regular coffee and basically is coffee with ice no flavor,and they bring you the creamer it taste disgusting, it's only one server so she gets busy and plain she doesn't smile [[HIGHLIGHT]]the place looks clean spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Really enjoyed my breakfast here! [[HIGHLIGHT]]As soon as we walked in, I noticed the awesome ambiance from the huge tv screen on the wall, the colorful papel picado hanging from the ceiling, and the neon signs lit up on the walls.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was pretty busy but we put our names on the list and got seated within 5 minutes. Our waiter gave us a heads up that they had a few large groups that morning. He actually let us know that he put in our order before theirs just so the kitchen can knock ours out real quick first. Thought that was really cool of them to do. I saw the chilaquiles torta on the menu and had to try it. It was pretty spicy but was so good. I also ordered an iced cafe de la olla which wasn't bad. Honestly, I wish I had ordered more just to try other things on the menu but the portion sizes were already good. I'll definitely be coming back!

This is my second time coming here. The service is good and fast. The food is good, we got chilaquiles Rojos, Sopes de Carne Asada, and Chicken Enchiladas. Everything was good. We also got two Cafe De Olla, they were pretty sweet. My mom got a Regular Coffee. The ambience is very cute, it's decorated with a lot of Mexican decor and the music is good.

Come early Friday morning and it was pretty empty. The chilaquiles were good. The chips I wish were fresher but they were still good. The green sauce I wish I could have taken home. We went here for a work breakfast. Parking was super easy at 8 am on a Friday which isn't the case in LA, so I already knew the vibes were good going in. The restaurant was large and empty (we got there super early) but the decor felt warm and inviting, although a bit mix matched. We ordered an assortment of plates, and I got the chilaquiles torta. My dish was the last to arrive at our table of seven, because they apparently make the bread from scratch? I don't know, but the food coming 10-15 mins later than the rest of my team was kinda awkward Anywho, the food was okay. Not the best chilaquiles I've had, but the bread was definitely the best part of my meal. Service was.... slow, but I'm sure running the front alone is tough!

A Hidden Gem Near LAX! I stopped in for brunch the food was delicious and flavorful. The prices were more than fair for the quality. I had the Divorced eggs, and it hit the spot perfectly. Service was equally impressive friendly, attentive, and fast, even during the morning rush. You can tell the staff really cares about your experience. Overall, a fantastic spot I'll definitely return to whenever I'm near LAX. Highly recommended!

I came here for a late breakfast early lunch. I couldn't pass up their chilaquiles w/ green sauce. They did not disappoint. The flavor, the amount of food and the plating was beautiful. Seen this place on TikTok decided to give it a try. Honestly I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I'm from Chicago so I guess I had high expectations, but it was disappointing and cold. The lady didn't speak any English but I thought she understood what we had ordered. She didn't bring us the correct food and they also charged me for something I didn't order. Heard this place was good and new so I thought I would go check it out and support a new restaurant to the neighborhood. I think they need to get more efficient with their service. Came on a Sunday late morning for breakfast and ended up finally eating in the early afternoon more around late lunch. Our total wait time experience was over an hour and a half. I was committed at this point so I want going to leave but this was ridiculous. They took forever to seat us when there were tables available and then seated it took forever to get our food. I think a slower pace is their style or they haven't figured out how to operate efficiently between the front of the house and the back of the house operation. Not sure we will try this place again until they work out their service time. Food was good though and the staff was hospitable and very nice. Did feel like a family community spot read more

I really wanted to like this place. The best thing about it was the gimmicky name. The cafe de olla was half way decent, but the chilaquiles I ordered were a total disappointment. The sauce was super watery and the eggs were not cooked the way I asked for them. Even my children's food was sad--there bacon was hard a chewy. I really wish I could rate this place, better but they have a lot of improvement to do. read more

Food was okay. I ordered the French toast it was only 1 loaf of bread sliced in half so it was only 2 slices which surprised me because any other restaurant I been to usually serves it as 2 loafs of bread & in total 4 slices. It came with scrambled eggs, 2 sausages that were cold & hard, potatoes, & raw bacon that wasn't cooked right. I tried to order something else on the menu and the waiter told said "I would take your order but it's going to take long for them to make it I have a lot of customers so I apologize" and walked away. I was left speechless because to sum it up she basically told me that she didn't want to make another order because it's too much work for her. Because of the customer service I gave the restaurant a 1.5 stars. read more

Found this place right around the corner from our car rental spot. Really nice people in a cute little spot serving really good food. The breakfast potatoes were different but amazing. The mole was really tasty. Our server was great and fast. Made sure we had everything we wanted. When we wanted it. If you're in the area and want to get your Mexican fix check this place out! I really like the name of this spot, and it's a big plus that there's plenty of parking. The Mexican drinks were good, and the food was enjoyable--I especially liked how the eggs were plated. The interior is nice and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The reason for my rating, however, is the service. It felt like they didn't provide enough follow-through or attention to detail. We weren't checked on regularly--I had to hunt down our server to ensure my coffee and water were refilled, and they didn't ask if my wife or son wanted refills either. After our food arrived, no one checked in on us until we had finished eating. I had also requested steak with my meal, but it was missed. When I mentioned it to the server, she kindly removed it from the bill, which I appreciated. Still, if they had checked in earlier, the issue could have been resolved, and I would have had my steak. It seems like a new spot, and I'm sure they're still getting the hang of things. I'll probably come back in the future and give their service another try. read more

I wanted to like this place I really did. It's cute and has all the breakfast I grew up eating and I to this day still give to my daughter! When we heard that migas was on the menu, we had to try it. I make this for my daughter at home. When we got her food it was just some fried up cut up tortillas with eggs thrown on top of them. When I make them at home they come out soft. I wasn't eating only her (I'm not really a breakfast person) I was excited for the liqudo and it was good but they offer no a la carte options I wanted a concha or something small so I ended up getting nothing. Over all the food sucked and the service did too. Do not recommend! read more

We had a terrible experience with the server/host who completely disregarded the waitlist he had there. Like what is the point of having a waitlist? We arrived early, were told we'd be called next- and then watched multiple parties who arrived after us were seated first. When we politely followed up with him, the server lied straight to our faces, saying we were next again, only to do it again and ignore us and continue seating others. There was no apology, no explanation- just rudeness and blatant gaslighting. We ended up leaving without being served. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We will not be returning. I am a local and love to support local spots but this spot is definitely NOT ONE TO GO. Horrible service. read more

I tried the Machaca burrito this morning and was impressed. Instead of layers of separate ingredients everything was chopped up and scrambled with the eggs. I don't like a ton of potatoes, beans or rice in my breakfast burrito. It was just enough beans, poblano and potato with egg as the primary ingredient and plenty of beef throughout. It was perfectly seasoned but when I saw that the salsa had steam coming out of it, I added it for extra deliciousness. Not just a little pink near the bone, but very pink/purple inside with the translucent raw chicken texture. The chana masala had a burnt taste and it was evident by the burnt pieces of chickpeas. It would have been a decent dish otherwise. The chicken biryani was just OK, quite dry overall. The channa masala and karahi chicken were also super oily. Maybe they had an off night, but there were too many things off about this experience for me to return.

Perfectly crispy outside, but a fluffy potato center. Served in a metal cup on the side keeps the fries nice and warm. The view was what I was excited for and I was very happy with my seat next to the window facing the runway. Easy to finish in once sitting. It was just lightly seasoned shrimp wrapped in a fried wonton wrapper. It came with a side of sweet and sour sauce that I barely used. It didn't even need it tbh. Overall, this place was worth a try especially for an affordable hearty meal. Service was quick and menu had lots of options. I'm so glad my husband found Con Huevos! This place is a true neighborhood gem. The name itself is catchy, and the restaurant's decor is a mix of modern style with a nod to classic Mexican culture, featuring vintage film actors and two catrinas. We easily found parking right out front. From the moment we arrived, the service was welcoming and friendly. We were seated promptly, and the atmosphere was perfect--casual, relaxed, and with great Mexican music playing softly in the background. It was just loud enough to set the mood but still allowed for easy conversation. For my meal, I had the churro French toast with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious--incredibly soft and perfectly balanced in sweetness. My husband, who loves a little heat, was thrilled with his huevos rancheros and tamal de elote, both of which were perfectly spicy. Our drinks were just as good: a rich chocomilk and banana licuado for me, and a hot, sweet café de olla for him. The food and drinks came out quickly and were fantastic. The restaurant wasn't bustling when I arrived, but I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated because no one greeted me when I arrived. Once seated, I noticed only two waiters were working for the entire restaurant, which made the service quite slow. I heard great things about the Cafe de Olla, but I found it way too sweet for my taste. I ended up ordering an orange juice. As for the food, it was okay but nothing special or memorable.
