The service is just so so but the restaurant is clean and inviting. The parking lot can be tight at times. The tacos were great but the enchiladas were not really good. The red sauce on the enchiladas is very sweet- almost like ketchup. No dessert was offered. Pricing is good- for 11 of us, the total was under $150. The cheese dip was lacking in taste and texture. Go somewhere else. All the food was bland& except the cheese with chorzio. They gave my co-worker 2 small burritos doused in lettuce, tomatoe,& sour cream. He was expecting a "BURRITO". He ordered& she asked him which number is that. I asked for corn& flour tortillas. He proceeded to tell me which one do I want& then took the tortillas. Then they told me ill have to pay for them. Best Mexican place, hands down, in Monroeville. Sooooo yummy. My go to is chicken fingers with queso or Texas Fingers.

I was VERY disappointed and will be checking out their competition. The servers did their job grudgingly. The food was acceptable, but plain and lacked even the basics, like salt or pepper. No hot sauces were provided, even when we asked, and they looked at us like we were insane. read more

I never seem to know what to order when it comes to any Mexican place, but I can honestly say I really enjoy this place here in my hometown. When I go, I normally order steak and shrimp fajita or either a quesadilla. The food is always fresh, hot, and sizzling when it comes out. The place is not really big. It's decorated in Mexican decor. The employees here do not wear there mask when serving food or speaking to customers, but I always wear my mask when going anywhere just to keep myself safe and others safe as well. I have never ordered to go food from this place so I am not sure on how the packaging is, but they still give you metal utensils and glass cups when you are dining in. This place offers dine in and pick up, but it does not offer delivery. I give this place 4 out of 5 stars just s because they do not wear mask when serving customers. If it wasn't for that, I would rate them 5 stars. read more

Stopped here after staying at local hotel. Seems like a very clean family run restaurant. The food was not very good. I ordered a margarita. Blended with ice when usually Mexican restaurants have a machine. Just FYI. No tequila flavor. Tastes like water. The salsa is jarred. Not good for a restaurant. I ordered the chicken fajitas. The chicken was almost burnt and had onions caramelized with it. No peppers. Rice was okay. Beans were watery. They asked if I wanted guacamole on the plate. It was avocado that was blended with water or something-very runny and no flavor. The tortillas were good. Overall I was very unimpressed and I really wanted to be. The service was okay. I really want to give family owned restaurants a good review but I just can't. Disappointed. read more

Honestly this place is like a blessing to have in this town, this is our go to place then compared to any other restaurant in the town. The food is delicious, is served nice and hot, and also the customer service is great too! read more

My waitress had a terrible attitude and got my order wrong twice. When she brought the second order to the table (still wrong) I told her and she stormed off like a toddler. Another waiter came and got it corrected, the food was great when I finally got it. No I wouldn't go back due to the customer service. read more

One of the restaurants noted at hotel, so we tried. Wednesday evening around 7 and they were busy; maybe 10 minute wait. Friendly staff. Chips were thin and really good. My wife likes chiles relleno and ordered them, but it was nothing like expected. Could not find the poblano chile! Asked about this and were told should have ordered one of the other chiles relleno! There were 3 on menu, and each may have been prepared differently. So one was brought -- with no charge, so good for them. It did have a poblano but was covered with other stuff. After scraping the extra off, she ate the cheese filled chile and a bit of the 'other'. I had a meal with taco (okay), enchilada, and burrito. Family owned and operated. Even though the building is older, you get the sense that the owners take pride in their business. We were pleasantly greeted upon entering and seated promptly. The tables were clean. Our drink orders and chips n salsa arrived quickly. After ordering, our food was delivered quickly. The red sauce on the enchiladas was perfect, not too spicy. It was hot and properly cooked. We were checked on several times. There were no mixups or mistakes. You pay at the register on the way out. They accept credit cards and cash. read more
