This place has health hazard written all over it. The food could not have been at any sort of temperature standard and the product on the bar at dinner looked and tasted like it had been there since lunch. The sesame chicken had no sesame. The pork was dried out. The rice was very good. The service was inattentive and no really good. The cheesecake on the buffet- please don't eat this- I immediately spit it out, as did my kids- it was warm and tasted like dry wall. My youngest was up all night throwing up and with diarrhea after it. I can't prove that it was from them, but if I was a betting man, I'd be willing to bet it was. The dough on the apple pie was raw. The tiramisu was dry and tasted spoiled. I have a seafood allergy and asked if the egg rolls had shrimp or seafood in them and was told no. The one my wife got did- luckily she ate hers before I ate mine. The people sticking the buffet were sloppy and mixed products. It was a typical strip mall experience- not one that I liked or would want to repeat. No curb appeal and the restaurant could use a good deep cleaning. The workers were not very helpful. read more

Very clean restaurant! Health Department Score is framed at 99. Bathrooms were very clean as well. This was our 1st trip here & we'll more than likely return as the food was plentiful, yummy & hot. We left with full stomachs. read more

I was staying the night in Monroeville and looking for a bite to eat that was not a national chain... it turns out there are all of two choices available, and I was not in the mood for Mexican that night. Walking in, I was greeted amiably and seated wherever I liked. The first thing I ever do when I enter a buffet like this is walk the line and see what is to offer, before I even grab a plate... helps me plan things out a bit better. The offerings are good, with a bit of a Southern bent to a couple of the items, which I consider to be a wonderful about Chinese food...while the tastes are Chinese, they have no issue with pulling from local food resources to create those foods. I ate my fill (and a bit more) and was on my way. If you are in the mood for a buffet of Chinese food, you can't really go wrong with this place. read more

I'm usually not a big buffet seeker but while hungry on a road trip we decided to give Hibachi buffet a try. We are so glad we did! There was a large variety of food including sushi and desserts and everything tasted great! The interior had nice aesthetic and was very clean. Service was friendly and prices were low. We came during Saturday lunch time and it was busy so you can tell it is a local favorite. If we ever pass through monroeville again we will definitely come back! read more

What a cool little place. I stopped in while traveling through for work and was pleasantly surprised. The cleanliness and modern decor struck me as I walked in, which is a trait not to common in the world of buffets. The staff was courteous and attentive and the food was very reasonably priced. The sushi selection was wonderful and everything was very fresh. A great little lunch destination if your in the area. read more
