    Amazing! This was such a great workout that taught me many great body-weight exercises that came in handy because I could do them at home during COVID. I really like their mission to help formerly incarcerated people to re-enter the workforce. The instructors are super helpful and friendly and really help to shift public perception.

    Conbody is amazing. The bodyweight-based program is great for several reasons: - Simplicity: The movements are simple and easy to follow. You don't have to be coordinated or technical to get started. - Scalable: I haven't been that "painful sore" where I can walk or exercise the next day (which I consider to be a bad thing, as it means you've damaged your muscles and it inhibits you from staying consistent.) It's harder to go past your limits when you're not using weights. - Safe. Also because of the lack of weights and implements, the risk of injury is much lower, again making it easier to stay consistent. The instructors are motivational but not cheesy, and the classes have a positive vibe. I've already seen a change in my physique after a handful of sessions!

    You gotta work out with GYM STAR (yup thats an instructor's name) They train u like u r in prison (according to the instructor however i have no experience in it). Class starts with intense warm up, high knees froggers jump squads etc. Then 3 rounds of circuit training on arms, legs and glute, and cardio followed by stretching. I like how interactive and competitive the class is cuz i am more motivated that way. Studio looks like a spa, very clean and chicky decoration and smells good.

    I decided to try out Conbody after hearing feedback from a close friend who recently joined and lives locally. Let's just say, I definitely wasn't disappointed! I signed up for the Lock down Wednesday class with Ray which focuses on lower body. Rays class was packed with numerous sets of high intensity exercises and a great music playlist! Ray was full of energy and very encouraging. Word to the wise: don't take his active rest rule as a joke. Be prepared to pay up with 5 burpees everytime you're caught standing still. Doesn't matter if you're dabbing, milly rocking, or doing a quick step, anything counts! Shmoneyyy! Conbody has a wide array of classes both indoor&outdoor. Be sure to check out their schedule on the MindBody App. I love the mission behind Conbody and the atmosphere, everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. The decor is also on point! Definitely take your mugshot before you leave to show you did the time! I'll definitely be back for another class soon.

Even someone with 2 left feet (like myself) could follow Elizabeth's instructions as they were thorough and encouraging. As a dancer you can tell she is so talented and loves what she does - her passion beams through this class. The only way someone wouldn't enjoy the energy of this class is if they don't pay attention or if they don't take this workout seriously . I wish I could give more stars, but I HIGHLY recommend taking this class if you want some fun as you sweat!

The instructor was just screaming one word, ZERO instruction or encouragement. I left with a headache because of the instructor screaming "yep" over and over again. I also left filthy from rolling around on the dirty floor (literally dirt all over my body at the end of class). Extremely unhygienic!!!!! This is a shared space, not a studio. The only positive thing I took away from this class was a great workout, but I would have rather done it at home with a clean space, encouraging and instructive video. I would not come back nor would I recommend this to a friend.

You cannot pay me to get on the treadmill, so if I'm going to do cardio this is the way I'm gonna accomplish the task. In case you're nervous about this being a room full of professional dancers, it isn't and you're gonna be fine. Everybody's just there to have a good time and flail around the music to the best of their abilities. It's much more about moving and pumping some cardio into your day so no need to feel insecure about your dancing abilities - you're gonna fit in and have a great time! There's also a DJ for every class which is a delightful touch that adds to the party atmosphere. The AMENITIES! WOAH! If you need to take a shower and get ready here, there are two showers in the women's locker room and they're full of Malin + Goetz products. They also have great hair products and a Dyson you can use with a diffuser if needed! The bathroom isn't huge so I could see it getting a little congested and stressful getting ready in the bathroom but wouldn't be a problem if you go during off hours. Overall, this might be my favorite fitness class I've taken in New York City and I will definitely be coming back regularly.

As soon as I stepped in, the staff by the counter greets us and are super helpful and friendly. Keep in mind they look for vaccine verification. There's lockers and showers available. The locker area was really dark, with a water fountain station. And once you open a door, there's the studio! My instructor was so energetic! I thought they would be calm from the reviews, but no no! Not only were they so motivating and fun, but the DJ by the corner mixed trendy songs to match their vibes. We pretty much do dance cardio moves to different pop music the whole class, with a yoga mat ab workout in between. I loved how the lights danced along to the music change. The instructor really embraces feeling confident and loving your body throughout the whole class, that you just finish your class feeling good about yourself. I'm so happy exercising and fun can exist in the same sentence, thanks to 305 Fitness. I would totally come back whenever I want to party but also sweat it out.

Yesterday was my first Tremble class, and I feel reborn. There are few things quite as validating as muscle soreness after a tough workout. I feel like a world champion boxer having just finished training camp for a title fight. It feels good to just put the work in. You can't cheat the work. I walked in and thought we were legit in the wrong place. They are doing a full gut remodel, I don't even know how they are open with all this going on. I kind of like that though. It felt more gritty. My extensive pilates background is 5 or 6 solidcore classes, so I walked in kind of shy as I know these girls really get to it. Everyone I talked to before class said this is sooooooo much better than solidcore, but honestly it felt pretty similar. They played better music in here though I gotta give them that. This is a phenomenal workout. Pilates in general is so underrated, I remember the first time I did it thinking it was going to be easy work. WRONG. A nice slice of humble pie is necessary at times.     Took my first class here after doing megaformer classes at a couple other studios in the city…read more The class was a perfect combination of strength (incorporating moves such as traditional megaformer to completing squats and split squats with the handles). There was also a bit of cardio such as jump squats. The main portion of the workout involved traditional moves on the megaformer. It was the perfect class. Let me tell you I was SHAKING and challenged. I walked out of class and immediately booked two more classes. Highly recommend if you're interested!

    BEST CLASS EVER, PERIOD…read more This review is for the the Sculpt classes. Let me start off to say that I have taken almost 500 classes via classpass and through other studios all over the country, and I have to say that the sculpt class taught by Katia was amazing. Plus: instructor's enthusiasm, overall energy, music, moves, and structure of the class was all cohesive and layed out very well. I was looking for a sculpting class that would build lean muscles instead of bulk me up and this class definitely did it's job. There was constant movement, so you also got a decent cardio burn as well during the class. Cons: Space. At times, it felt so hot in the room, so not sure if they had their aircon on. But hey that allowed me to sweat all my impurities out. As with all classes via classpass, I measure my overall satisfaction based on 2 things--did I walk out of the class or would i purchase a class (gasp now, outside of the classpass membership). For this studio and especially this sculpt class I would definitely purchase classes outside of class pass. Good job Katia, keep up the good work!

But sadly I found out that the only way to stream it is by using air play on Apple TV because their app is ONLY available to download on your phone. I repeat, it's not available to download on your tv. So I bought a day pass instead for $10 which was still a waste of money. Air play barely works. The live stream glitches and pauses the entire time, the timing is off, the screen is blurry all while the music sounds like the treble is turned all the way up with a towel over the speaker. It makes you go crazy. I gave up after about 20 minutes. I feel bad for leaving 1 star especially after seeing how bad they're getting dragged on Reddit. But yeah. I do not recommend spending even ten bucks.

So thankfully, there are unique classes like trampoLEAN out there that keep my workouts exciting so I don't have to drag myself to the gym every time I want to work off the 3 desserts I likely had the night before (#facts). I signed up for the trampoLEAN rave class, thinking that it would just be a fun, little workout on the trampoline where I might sweat a little. HAH. Boy, was I wrong. This is a LEGIT workout, and I guarantee that you will be sweating. A lot. It's basically 50 minutes of non-stop cardio on your mini trampoline, complete with resistance bands (free ones and ones you pull from the ceiling), weights, glow sticks, and of course, rave-y music. Not only did I have a blast jumping every which way on my trampoline (after I got over my initial fear of falling and busting my ass ofc), but it was a great workout! I DEF felt like I burned off most, if not all of my 3 desserts from the night before (thank god so I'll be able to have another 3 desserts the next day), which is all I really want in a workout class. Will 100% be back for another trampoLEAN rave class in the future!

Richard clearly explained the flow of the workout, demonstrated each exercise, and made everything easy to follow. I especially appreciated the one-on-one feedback he gave during class, which really helped me improve and correct my form. Glove rentals are only $5, which is more than reasonable considering the class was complimentary. The facilities are great and include all the essentials, like showers, and even a free laundry machine! Tip: if you do the kickboxing & flow class (yoga) grab a towel so you aren't slipping on the fitness mat for the yoga portion of the class.
