No lines. Care was appropriate to my needs and friendly, masked attendants and physicians assistants. All very competent. They suspected I might have been exposed to omicron. Gave me a PCR test. It was supposed to take 3 days for results. They came by SMS text same day by evening. Impressive! Overall a reliable stop for urgent care. The Google reviews are great. Check there!

When I contacted billing after their voicemail threatening collections to attempt to correct the address and set up a payment plan, I was told the problem was my fault for not including my apartment number on the original registration form. I was also told there were no flexible payment options outside of their automated system, which only allowed payment timing based on the original statement date rather than my current situation. Overall I do not believe they can provide adequate service based on simply blaming patients for their mailing system not accepting apartment numbers correctly. The check in women had no personable skills. Her customer service wasn't very nice. Then, we get walked into a room that had crumbs on the table. Obviously it wasn't wiped down, prior to us. The nurse came in and scared my son with the swab stick, told him she was swabbing and he would gag. Scared the crap out of my 6 year old the way she said it. He opened his mouth she attempted to swab, he moved and she said, "don't touch my hand in a rude voice". Unbelievable, the staff here. The dr came in and she seemed personable but only comment was that her hair wasn't groomed which made sense why the cleanliness of the room wasn't made important before arrival. I arrive nice and early before they open because they are always busy and the lines form early. I can't say I like them, but that is probably because I am sick if I am here and I am meeting new doctors I don't know. They are very hesitant to prescribe antibiotics, even after having cold or flu like symptoms for 10 days or more. I was told "two weeks" before they would write a prescription. Perhaps that is a federal policy? I don't know. If you are sick and need help fast, come here. Or, better yet, just don't get sick at all.

They are likely tired, sore, bleeding, or suffering from other physical issues. They are then told to fill out three forms (who loves medical paperwork?) and then sit in a chair until called. The people at the reception desk can appear unfriendly. There is a fee ($25) involved too. This ain't a day at the beach. I have been here before right when they open during cold season and had to wait in line, only to finally be told that since I had only been sick for 10 days they wouldn't give me antibiotics but I could come back after 14 days. That sucks, and I probably would have left a 1-star review after that experience if I had remembered to. Anyway, I came back recently after work and had a much different experience. Yes, I still had three forms to fill out, and yes I still had to wait in a chair to be called. But they confirmed that they didn't bill additionally for "after hours" visits anymore. I only had to sit about 20 minutes until I saw someone (I had brought magazines to read so I was prepared). And the medical person was friendly and offered several different options to deal with my issue. I had several pleasant interactions with the people at the desk. I can imagine how bored they must get having to repeat the same instructions dozens of times each day. It can come across as unprofessional or apathetic. But I took the time to be friendly to them, and they returned the gesture. They also said mornings are much busier than evenings (though in an emergency... you go when you have to go). I've seen both ends of the spectrum but my recent experience was great and I learned a few tips for the future (be kind, go in the evening, bring something to read, etc.). Hopefully I won't have to be back, but if I do I will be prepared.

What she prescribed was not even covered by my insurance. When I called the office to speak to her she would not let me get a word in edgewise and rudely continued with raising her voice, admonishing me even though I asked her if I could please speak. Nope-- she just kept on going. Receptionist very curt & abrupt answering the phone also, kept putting me on hold & also kept talking over me. What has happened to healthcare for the elderly in this country? Encountering this type of treatment is like a slap in the face! Paid co-pay of $40.00 for nothing! Avoid this place at any cost!
