I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of professionalism and treatment I received at this facility. I arrived to my appointment on time, was called back for vitals, and then sent back out to the lobby where I waited an additional 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, only to then be told I would "probably" have to wait another hour. That is completely unacceptable. What makes the situation even worse was the attitude and lack of concern from the front desk receptionist. Instead of being understanding or accommodating regarding something as simple as documentation, she chose to respond with sarcasm by saying, "I can give you a sticky note." That level of disrespect toward patients is unnecessary and unprofessional. If I had arrived anywhere near this late to my appointment, it would have been canceled without hesitation, yet patients are somehow expected to sit and wait almost two hours due to the facility's poor scheduling and lack of organization. This is not even my first negative experience here. During a previous visit, I was left sitting in an exam room for over an hour after completing physical therapy with no communication or consideration for my time. At this point, it is clear this facility does not value or properly accommodate its patients when mistakes are made on their end. The repeated excessive wait times, lack of communication, and rude staff behavior have made this an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or efficient care. read more

On my recent trip to Las Vegas, I began feeling a sinus infection coming on and sought care at Concentra. The check-in experience was super easy and the wait was not very long on the day I came in. Once brought back to a room it was around a 30 minute wait until the doctor showed up and once he did, he quickly diagnosed what the issue was, and quickly sent the required meds to a CVS near the resort we were staying at. All in all one of the better and quicker urgent care experiences I've had. read more

It is useless to have a follow up appointment at this location. Took over 2 hours past appointment time to be seen on follow up appointment. There response was that 1.5 hour is standard for those with appointment. So what is the point of scheduling follow up appointments if not being seen within a reasonable time. Is the service this bad because they have a captive base of patients? Ones that have no choice but to go there because employers workman comp provider is contracted with Concentra. If unfortunately injured at work in the future I will try my hardest to be approved to use somewhere else. read more

I had to use this Concentra location for a work injury, the staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and the location was very clean. The doctors and nurses were all rock starts. I didn't have to wait long at all and I was in and out in a flash. If you're located around this Concentra definitely use them. read more

God Awful!!! I showed up for a company random urine test. I told The front desk I was ready to pee. They told me I had to register first and to wait for a text message so after ten minutes I got the text and "registered" which asked for way more information than it should have and most of it was department of redundancy "department" related as my company had the information already printed on the urinalysis form. Then I waited to be called another 30 mins plus later while holding my urine!!! This place is ridiculous and recommend them to no one!! The one bright spot was when I did get called to back the nurse/tech was competent. Everything else was horrible! I do not think those showing up for a drug test and ready to pee should be forced to hold their urine for an hour while other patients are being seen. read more

Front Desk nurses need to get the right information! I lost an entire week, because I was told whatever the Director told me about my was incorrect, income, I will not be able to pay for my medication next pay period, they said that my Appointment I had on the 9th, because whatever the Doctor said that I had to do a 7 day sleep study, it overturned the medical that expired on 2/15/25, because there was no knew paperwork that printed, but! The doctor did say that I could, when asked for a duplicate of my DOT medical a nurse went on to say whatever happened on 01/09/25 it overturned so I missed 4 days of work, trust I went back and forwards, so when my 7days were up I emailed my sleep study yesterday, Joanna Perez kept emailing me so it was suffice, which it was and I could've worked, again this morning, Joanna Perez blames the entire ordeal on the Director, The Doctor that gave me my 30-day said he called the DOT person said that I could've still been driving pending my sleep study. I recorded the conversation, but! It still leaves me minus income, because the front desk want to give misinformation, now I won't be able to pay my payment arrangements or by food , stop giving the wrong information, next week you be able to buy Groceries and if you have medication, you be able to afford yours, but I won't, get your stuff together. Although the lobby was largely empty and most people here had checked out, there wasn't much initial cordial contact and is very much reminding the clientele that this is a business, a place to process people like cattle. This place is so thirsty for a ten rating that the slip of paper is likely hinged on a good review for the employees to get a pay bump or other incentive. The staff has an honest job to do and given that there is very little glory in some of the services that they provide and they support they are given to do it, it is no wonder that when the company treats their employees in such a way that the effect trickles down the way it does. read more

Came in here during a work trip bc my partner was having intense pain and aggravated intestinal issues. When we arrived there were a few people in the waiting area and am employee told us we could expect to wait 3.5-4hrs. She suggested we check with the other Concentra location nearby too be seen faster. We called the other location and when I spoke to them they were confused. As they looked in the system they said they knew there were only 9 patients at our location at no way that would be over 3hrs to wait. The other larger location had 33 people waiting and would actually be closer to a 3hr wait. The person on the phone let me know they could see that at my current location, the longest anyone had waited was just under 2hrs. The person on the phone was very helpful and I'm glad I called them. I just hate that this employee basically tried to run us out of here by giving us bad info. Making a bad situation that much worse. My partner was called to be seen in just under an hour. We received last minute notice to stop our vacation and get a new job physical in the eleventh hour (we literally leave for Ohio in two days). I knew YELP could help. Not only was Concentra, Paradise rd. within two miles of our resort, our staffing agent accepted them. We encountered one problem in all of this. The staff at the front desk. We filled out paperwork and had our agent send them forms. First, they lost the pre-faxed forms. Second, they told us it would be a 2-1/2 hour wait, but they would text us. We drove over to Margartiaville, sat down to eat, then the text comes through. I guess 2-1/2 hours really means twenty minutes. Finally, we drive back over to find they've lost all the paperwork (including a copy of our driver's license). Luckily, the left figured out what the right was doing and we were in! Everyone in the back was professional and the results were sent that day. The cost was covered by our employer, so we were done. All in all a very good experience. 11/21 read more

I went to this center on 11/12/2020 for my DOT physical and because their doctor said my Blood Pressure was a little too high and that I would need to be given a 3 month card! That' I needed to go and get a release from my own Private Doctor stating I didn't need any pills for Blood Pressure. The doctor gave me the 3 month card , and I went yesterday 12/2/2020 not even a month later to my own doctor and got a release. I stopped by Concentra yesterday to get my 2 year extension as the Concentra doctor told me , I could after showing my medical release. I was told by a very professional CNA that all I would have to do is have my BP checked again by their doctor even though that's not what I was told by the original Concentra Doctor. I ' waited a hour and asked when I might see the doctor and the CNA then told me the doctor was working on a laceration and would be better if I came in the morning. I asked the CNA what would be the best time to do this and she said the doctor gets in at 0730 am. I arrived at 0730 on 12/03/2020 and again was told now I needed to do a whole new physical again , which I believe is just a scam to get more of my money. I told the man at the front counter that I work for the USPS and that they pay for my physicals. Mark Martinez whom I found out was the medical office director started to give me a very snotty attitude and told me I needed to re do my physical and I would have to pay for it because the post office didn't give authorization for me to have a physical. I tried to explain to him the situation and what their own doctor told me, he said you need to do another physical and if you don't pay for it we can't help you and that you can keep your 3 month card and if the post office wants to pay for another physics they can send you over again with a authorization. I then asked for Marks Supervisors name ' as he was being extremely rude to me and I wished to file a formal complaint against his attitude. He gave me a Business card with his name on it and a phone number where I can call to complain. I asked for his supervisor name and he said it was on the card ' which you can clearly see by this photo it's not. I called the number on the card on 12/3/2020 and spoke to another employee named Crystal and explained to her what I was told and she told me that several weeks ago ' that the DOT changed their policy and now the doctors can't change , the old card to reflect the release' that a new medical needed to be performed all over again. I asked when the new policy went into affect , and she told me to hold on and she'd find out. She put me on hold, for almost an hour' and finally came back on and said no one could tell her ' but that I needed to get a new complete physical. So ' be very cautious when dealing with these idiots and their medical staff as they don't know their head from their ass and are very belligerent with the patients they serve. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Medical board in regards to their doctor giving me false information , and the Federal Motor Carrier Division to have their licensing revoked. read more

The wait here is terrible. I dont know if they hide the patient's in back rooms and that is why, but it takes a long time even if no one is in the waiting room. Once I got in the room I waited a little longer, but the nurse who took my vitals, and the Dr. who came to see me were very efficient, friendship and really seemed to care. I went to Concentra for an eye injury and was there for 3 hours. I was brought into a private room that hadn't been cleaned. The previous patients bio items were still on the tray next to the chair. The person who brought me back cleaned up the tray and left. I was sitting in this room for hours and I look in front of me and there was a stainless steel bucket. I observed what looked to be blood spatter on the inside and the outside of the bucket. I was grossed out that someone else's bio had been sitting in this bucket and I was about to be treated in this room. While waiting in this room, my door wasn't closed and neither was the persons across from me. I could hear the issue she was having and how they were going to treat her. I was brought out of my room and taken to do an eye test. After the eye test, I was brought to the room where I could what the previous patients issue was. Her bio items were left on the tray and there was gauze laying on the ground. I was absolutely disgusted. A girl who worked there picked up the trash and wiped down the chair. The issue I was having was the previous persons bio items in an unsealed bio bag just sitting there. I was treated for my injury in a filthy room. This Concentra is better than the one on Polaris. The one on Polaris stuck me approximately 4 different times with needles (not including the phishing) and didn't use gloves the majority of the time. The tech had blood on his pants and when I asked about him not wearing gloves, he made a comment that he was more at risk because he was touching my blood (with his bare fingers). When I took my piss test, my excess urine was put in the trash can where they draw blood. When the girl opened the bin, I could see blood dripping down inside the bin compartment and it looked old. Thanks to them exposing me to BBPs, I had to go get tested for 6 months and I developed a hate for needles. read more

I'm pretty sure if I died in the waiting room nobody would notice for about an hour and a half. I came here at 3PM for a physical as part of a routine employment screening. It is currently 4:42 and I have received and eye exam and have been put back into the waiting room. I was told that the wait would only be forty five minutes. That was over an hour and a half ago. I am so glad I don't have to pay for this and the employer is covering it because I would never pay for something like this. The only upside is they offered snacks to people in the waiting room. This place is so severely understaffed they shouldn't be open. This is insane and disappointing. I will never come here again. read more

Listen to this experience My wife got sick, we were referred to Concentra by our hotel so I called Concentra to check the work hours - It is open between 9 am-8 pm , good we can make it because it is 6 pm. We jump into a Cab, go to the Centre. It is 6:15 - We attempt to check in and the 2 Nurses sitting at their desk say " Sorry, We do not accept patients after 6 pm" I tell them that I called and I was told that the center was open till 8pm and they say "Yes, we are open until 8 but we stop taking patients at 6 pm" This is Urgent Care or a Joke? When people are looking for urgent care, why bring them to your door and tell them that we are open for 2 more hours but we cannot take care of you? This place is a bad joke read more

Had a "Fast Pass" to be put in front of the line for a drug test. Just to pee in a cup and it took over 45 mins!!! Why Lewer people in with this stupid thing!! Idk why this has such a low star rating. People complain about wait hours, but this is vegas. Urgent Cares almost always have wait times in this city. Call ahead to different locations if you don't wanna wait. They aren't handled the same as other big cities. I've had good experiences here. The doctors have always been super kind and easy to talk to, as well as the nurses. Very considerate people who have actually listened to me and helped me. I'm a performer and it matters to me to be able to have a conversation about how/if I can perform with an injury or illness. I like this place. Urgent Cares have wait times. I'm assuming everyone who's left a bad review is impatient. The staff is extremely friendly and comforting. The lobby was busy and I was still helped within 45 minutes. I came in to do a TB test and drug screening for pre-employment; I really needed to pee so I asked the lady at the front desk If it'd be possible to do that before anything else. I was helped right away. The nurse doing my TB skin test was very friendly as well and he was good at making me feel comfortable about it because I hate needles. The facility is clean and is one of the best urgent cares I've been to. One other thing I liked was the staff spoke Spanish as well! Dont be deterred by the location.
