My face after the worst experience.
    Erin K.

I realized I was in trouble upon arrival. It required FIVE attempts and the assistance of FOUR individuals to collect five vials of blood. During the third attempt, blood squirted out of my arm and splattered all over the table. This was a truly terrible experience. The rest of my afternoon is halted. I'm going to be in my bed until further notice. Avoid this location unless you enjoy really really bad phlebotomists.

Getting blood drawn can be dreadful on its own so your phlebotomist as well as the front desk can make a sure difference on your experience. Well I've been to this location about four times now I would say ,the staffs energy in simple words sucks. Everyone honestly seems like there in bad moods , tired, or just simply dont want to be there. Front desk is a hit or miss sometimes they greet you with smiles others its a lazy hi sign in type. I did give it three stars though because compared to other locations seems like this one is the location that moves at a decent pace sometimes theres a wait but for the most part they keep patients flowing. Also very clean waiting room as well as the rooms .

They moved to suite 130 of this building. Everything remains the same!!

THIS IS THE WORST LABORATORY IN THE WORLD!! They lose doctors' orders. They make you repeat the exams, they prick you twice or more and as if that were not enough THEY LOSE THE RESULTS.

Located in Desert Springs med ctr on the first floor just as you walk in through the sliding glass door. They open at 7am. I arrived at 750am on a Monday morning. Registration, pee test and blood draw then out the door by 815am. Both workers I interacted with were very pleasant. I couldn't believe how fast my visit went.

They didn't even put on enough tape to hold the gauze in place after my blood test.

I dread getting blood drawn because i expect multiple pokes but i had an experienced phlebotomist that made it painless and quick.

I tried…read moreusing their mobile phlebotomy service to get a blood panel done, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, they never answer the phone. Ever. I called multiple times a day, across multiple days, during business hours, and left voicemail after voicemail--not a single call back. Radio silence. So I went to their website, made an account, and booked an appointment. Got a confirmation. Thought maybe this was just a small, busy team. No one ever showed up. No call, no text, no email. Nothing. Just a no-show with zero communication. Now, the date I scheduled doesn't even show up in their system. Like it never happened. They have all these glowing reviews online, but honestly? Either those are fake, or they're from the few lucky people who managed to actually get through. Because what's the point of a business that literally cannot be contacted and doesn't show up for confirmed appointments? Sunrise Pathology is a joke. Completely disorganized, unresponsive, and incapable of delivering even the most basic service they advertise. Don't waste your time or money on this mess of a company.

There is no place beyond checking your bank to see If payments were taken. There is absolutely no online way of paying which makes it near difficult if you work 6 am - 6 pm or in an environment where you cannot use a cell or do any personal business. It's another place in vegas they make it impossible to be a responsible adult - it's 2025 and no online bill pay. Despite it being "affiliated" with Quest, you cannot make payments via Quest as there is no bill in Quest to select and pay. Despite proof of setting up a payment plan, evidently, the ongoing payments did not go through. My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! This company is failing the autism community, unfortunately!

They are open seven days a week. I suppose since its Vegas they try to accommodate the population dedicated to the hospitality & gambling industry in a city that is open 24 hours a day. The therapist work very hard and do their best but I think sometimes they are over-worked. I would like to see more goals on paper than on a day-by-day/week by week basis and more "homework" assigned to meet measurable goals. But I think due to a massive revolving door of clients it creates an overload for the already over-worked staff (my opinion only). And I only say this because some of our therapist tend to forget certain requests or worksheets. The policies here are terrible. If you're sick the day of your appointment and can't make it you are charged $10 or you must bring in a doctor's note. Ridiculous. They have lots of reserved parking in front of the building and a very friendly accommodating staff which unfortunately has to hear the complaints due to their unaccommodating policies.
