They think it's bronchitis. They gave me a steroid shot, and a prescription for a plethora of antibiotics and steroids for the next week, along with an albuterol inhaler for the wheezing. They were much kinder, efficient, and thorough than any FL urgent care I've been to. In FL, there's sometimes a cheaper $100-ish cost to get into the clinic, and then an additional bill sent to your home weeks later. This clinic assured me that the $210 I paid upfront will be the only bill I have to pay, aside from the prescriptions from Publix. That was a huge relief, also.

Should of owed $40 for an injection. Instead they chose to bill AGAIN for the visit, and the injection. The bill was received 9/27/2023 and is DUE the same day, leaving no time to get a correct bill. Most doctors today do not have X-ray facilities and require you head to a hospital to get an X-ray then head back to the doctor for a review. That could total a mighty sum. Premier Urgent Care showed they had a robust facility (web search) including X-ray services. I knew a hospital would cost me $200 and an urgent care only $50 or less. The experience was fine. The paperwork was the least I've ever filled out for a new patient. They took care of the insurance section themselves and didn't require I simply copy what's on my card to a sheet of paper. After the customary wait time I was taken back for vitals and the wait No. 2. That was pleasantly short, 2-3 min (your wait time may vary ). Overall a great 1st impression. While I hope I do not need a future urgent care visit, I won't hesitate to come here first.

If I could give zero stars for billing integrity, I would…read more I was quoted $575 for an MRI without contrast at Reagan Medical Center, which matches their publicly advertised price of $525 on their website. Yet I was later billed $1,853.00 -- over 3x the advertised amount -- plus another charge for contrast dye. On top of that, I was charged $330 for an established patient visit, which is more than they charged me as a new patient. That goes against industry norms and appears to be deliberate upcoding. The "preventive visit" alone cost me $648, far above any reasonable benchmark. Routine labs and tests were charged at 2-5x national averages, even though I have health insurance. I've filed a formal billing dispute, and I'm prepared to escalate this to Georgia's Insurance Commissioner and the HHS No Surprises Helpdesk. Patients deserve transparency and honest pricing - not bait-and-switch tactics and exploitative billing. Be very cautious if you're considering care here, especially for imaging or outpatient services. I've attached documented proof of the billing discrepancies, advertised pricing, and insurance adjustments if anyone has experienced something similar please raise your voice. Patients deserve better.
