I was told by my doctors that I could bring my lab sample to ANY quest diagnostics location because the sample already had the label and my information. I got here and there isnt even a welcome desk to talk to an actual person just check in kiosks. So I went to the delivery door to see if they would take the sample since it was already done and labeled. They told me I had to make an appointment... for what? I already had the lab sample. It just needed to be dropped off. They would not take it. I went in to make an appointment at the kiosk, again so annoying that you can't talk to anyone at the front, and the soonest they could see me was 4 hours later!!! I am beyond annoyed, especially since they didn't have to do ANYTHING except take the bag that was prelabeled and packaged and already completed. read more

I had a 4pm appointment for a pre employment drug screen. I arrived at 3 30pm. At 4pm the blood hispanic screener told me that they don't do drug test after 3 40 pm and that I would have to come back the next day. I feel I was discriminated against. read more

Terrible. They overbook. A shoebox of a waiting room, no space to sit and if you are not in the room the skip you, packen in like sardines, like a self check line at Walmart. 10 seats and at 15 people here waiting and more in the hall. Do better Quest. read more

This place is AWESOME! I had to schedule an appointment on line at their website. I already have an account with them, so all I had to do was sign in and schedule my appointment. They also do take walk ins but it's best to schedule an appointment. Testing: My appointment was at 12 and I checked in at 11:45. They called me to the back at 12:02. I'd say that's truly a timely manner. I had blood work done and a urinalysis and I had left 11 minutes later. I had got my results back in less than 24 hours in my email letting me know my test results were done and that I can view them on the website. These people don't play. They are very speedy on work that they have to do with patients. read more

Fast courteous service. The staff was very efficient waiting room too small. It's best to have an appointment I saw people waiting for a while that did not have an appointment I'm glad I had one. read more

Went to get some blood work done and the nurse who performed the job did a terrible job . She puncture and strike one of my nerves and I am in pain for the last two days . My arm been throbbing and the place she drew blood from has rashes and been infected . The staff was unprofessional to the T. I would not go back for anything.. read more

I wasn't sure about going to this locación because of the bad reviews on Google. Well, it was the closest home so I took the chance. I'm sorry for the ones who have had a bad experience there. Luckly that was not my case. I made an online appointment two days ago. Today i went there, signed in on the tablet they have at the front desk, and my name was called in less than 5 minutes. In about 10 minutes I was out of the place. *Once you sign in you'll see your name at the tv. It seemed to be organized to me. The names appear according to your appointment time. I've been here twice to get blood drawn and I'm very impressed with the ladies. They are so polite and skilled. I hate needles, but they do an amazing job. Last time, Sharon drew my blood and I didn't even feel it! I want her for all my future blood draws. I'd recommend making an appointment instead of walking in so you're in and out faster. read more

My pcp sends me here because I have hard to find veins. Every time Quest is able to find them with no problems. My most recent visit I was blessed with the hands of Sameesha. Seeing I was bruised from the attempts at my pcp, she was kind enough to draw my blood from a different location. She was able to get it in one stick with virtually no pain. Hopefully is I have to go back,I get her again. She very friendly, efficient, and thorough when making sure she draws the proper labs. read more

I have had lab work done 4 different times at the Lawrenceville facility and always felt the staff were a very caring staff. I had Jasmine & Laquita.They were ALWAYS able to draw my blood at the first attempt even when I told them "I tend to flinch". They were also very careful to go over details for any stool work that needed to be done. Most of all, I felt that they really care for me and had a real heart for the health care professional. I also like that you can automatically sign in as soon as you enter the office as well as make an appointment time on-line. read more
