So in case anyone is wondering, the wait time is roughly 2 hours. Oh & that's in the waiting room just trying to get registered. I arrived this morning at 7:20am and didn't get called for my 7 minute procedure until 9:17am. Now I waited with great patience but to get to the back and see what all those people are waiting was frustrating. The MA's are in the back gossiping about other team members, & not in a low tone either. I should not have heard anything about someone's sex life from a employee while I'm simply waiting for a damn vaccine booster. That's trash behavior & it exhibits a very poor work environment. Good luck to you if you visit this location. They only accept walk ins and will tell you they can't give you an estimate as to how long you'll wait as people are there for different services. Meditate & get ready for a patience final exam cause it's going to TEST YA for sure! Quick update: it is 2:12pm and I'm ill from the vaccine. I call and speak with the ever so rude Jacqueline at the front desk. She informs me now that I must file a workers compensation claim for feeling ill from the vaccine they administered. They won't see me, mind you I'm at work with a fever, nauseous, dizzy, & my arm is hot, heavy and sore. WOW THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & PATIENT CARE. You'll administer the vaccine but not take responsibility for the patient falling ill within 5 hours. YOUR FACILITY IS A COMPLETE JOKE! read more

My appointment was 3:30p today. I arrived 3p and was not greeted or acknowledged by Brianna, I asked for the restroom and she pointed to the keys laying on the desk. First there was no acknowledgement/greeting then the pointing to the keys without even making eye contact. After my physical therapy was completed 3:50p I make my way to the desk to checkout. Brianna who I observed typing (with one finger) I didn't want to disturb her so I just stood there for a couple minutes and she never looked at me nor did she say anything. I didn't say anything because she has an unapproachable demeanor and scowl on her face that doesn't read friendly. So I sat down. After watching her type with that one long fingernailed finger, she picked up the phone to make a call and now it's 4p. I approached the desk and simply said, I will call to make my next appointment and I walked out. She audaciously called me 10 minutes later and said, "Hi this is Brianna from Concentra, you just walked out." I said, "yes I walked out because you didn't offer to check me out or schedule my next appointment." She then said, "I was on the phone and I can't see anyone sitting behind my computer screen" I said, "You saw me approach the desk at the end of my therapy, even though you made no eye contact you knew I was standing there and you knew I took a seat" After a very brief exchange I asked her, " what I could do for her?", she said, "well you need the appointment" we eventually get the appointment scheduled and at the end her closing statement was, "okay" So I hung up. This is the first person patients see when they come in and this is the interaction she delivers, she does not demonstrate the behavior or professionalism anyone could be proud of. If there is video, I would encourage her direct Supervisor to review and hold her accountable. There are countless facilities that provide physical therapy in and around the area and I will definitely look into continuing my treatment elsewhere. read more

Care quality is extremely low. Nurse practitioner Ruben was very rude, unprofessional, and unethical. I was not able to finishing listing medical info. on form etc. He spoke fast and over me. Stated that if they put receptors from neck to hand and show interrupted then "congratulations, you have carpal tunnel," if in time injury does not get better. He said a doctor's note is not warranted for today's visit. Then he asked older doctor if he could make me note then the other one said no. I did have a visit the day before and did receive a doctor note for warranted issue based on what I mentioned with another provider. I will be reporting this to the medical board. Intolerable. Visited the clinic for a physical, drug screening and TB test. The wait time was about 4 hours for 20 minutes of work or less. I got to the clinic at 830am and left around 145pm. I did expect to be there for a while since I read multiple reviews stating they take forever. So if you do go i recommend clearing your schedule for the AM! However staff was friendly. read more

I'm giving them 2 star, why? It was confusing to find the parking. Parking when you go straight from the ticket area is too small. Most of them are Urgent care parking. Then finding it out the P.T. place. Of course I started reading I have to follow the plaza entrance then you will see these different doors. Still confuse at this time, still can't find the place. And I'm looking for the P245. Then coming out at the 2nd part of the doors then more doors to come still can't find what I'm looking for. Then I went to the urgent care accidentally. Hoping that they will be next door. But failed. So I have to used my common sense. So I decided to go to the door next to the urgent care & the fitness center. Luckily I was going to the right way. Where's the urgency when you go to a urgent care center for a basic physical that cost 105 and I paid to do in 5 minutes by not even a doctor because the doctor had stepped out, when you have to wait from Friday and then come again Monday just so that you can wait another 1hour for a doctors signature that again is not in the office. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to do a urgent care for anyone or anything bc the place seems like it's operated with no doctors on site. I was honestly kind of shocked to see the reviews for this place because upon arrival I was anticipating having to wait a super long time but I arrived right at 7 am and was the second person there. I know not everyone can get there that early but if possible I would suggest it! I checked in and was seen within about 15-20 minutes and was in and out very quickly for my drug screening process for my new job! This is a live time type of review came here specifically for a fit test and drug screen got here at 7:15 and at 8:58 still haven't been called. The front desk is nice enough but I don't get why the wait is so long. I did hear the girl tell someone there is only one person back there until 9am which sucks because even if you come after 9am you are still waiting for them to sift through the patients already there. The Dr's here are a joke. The one in particular Reuben San Juan especially is terrible. He was dismissive of my situation and made it seem like nothing was wrong with me. Sent me to physical therapy on THE DAY I got injured not even giving me a day to rest my back. Told me my employer wasn't going to cover my injury and just left me more stressed than I needed to be. The facility is dirty, the only good thing are the nurses. They all have good bedside manner and help you with the paperwork, wait times were not bad either day that I went. But I am now looking for a doctor that will believe that I am in pain and is a little more sympathetic to my situation. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Do not go here! I waited 3 1/2 hours for a test, only to be greeted by a employee that needs more training. Roxanna G. drew my blood but poked me four times in both arm. The needle ripped out my arm twice causing me to bleed. She was so busy conversing with co-workers, she couldn't locate my crib. She blamed my petite frame and the needle for all the attempts. Unsanitary, dirty rooms, rude nurse...I'm at a loss. I waited about an hour, not to terrible but honestly I don't think I've been in worse clinic before and I'm a nurse so I see a lot behind the scenes. I was sent here for a pre-employment physical and could not believe how unsanitary this place is. The nurse that took me back, never spoke to me unless directing me, and was very unpleasant. First I had to give urine, once she got it, she never changed her gloves once. After handling my urine cup she touched the paperwork, computer, countertops, pens all with the same contaminated gloves. She coughed a little but instead of excusing herself to go get some water, she pulled down her mask and spit in the trash can right next to me. Next, taking off her gloves but not washing her hands, she took me into another room to draw blood but that room had not been cleaned from the patient before me. On the counter was an open instrument packet, worn gloves, a pair of reading glasses and a scalpel. The patient table hand not been changed and the flashlight was still on. Without washing her hands she put in new gloves and proceeded to gather all the equipment to draw my blood. I wanted to tell her to wash her hands and get clean gloves and equipment but honestly I was afraid she would hurt me while drawing blood, and I just wanted to get outta there. She proceeded to draw my blood, and set the tubes down without labeling them. She took off her gloves and said she was taking me to another room to see the doctor. She left the blood there alone in the dirty room without labels never once washing her hands. In the next room, the doctor came in without washing his hands either, he said hello and he asked me what job I was getting, and when I said I was a nurse, he became very pleasant. He got me through quickly and I just asked him to make sure my blood work didn't get lost. I got out of there as fast as I could and went home to take a shower and sanitize my arm from the needle poke. I'm at a loss but I'm thinking I need to call the health department to have them checked out. I would hate for someone to get septic from this place if I don't call. I'll also inform my workplace not to send anyone over there for pre-employment checkups. read more

I'll walk you through step by step. It was an okay experience. At arrival there was no one being attended but I was asked to sign in. I believe it's procedure so it's understandable but I also think I could have been attended to without the sign in or attended to simultaneously while signing in since I was called after sitting down for 30 seconds. I didn't understand the reason to read my name off a paper to call me up when I was already standing in front of an employee a couple seconds ago. They could have been busy but I was attended quickly. I didn't ask about the NOPP (Notice Of Privacy Practices) but I did ask if I had to sign there which the answer was yes but I hadn't received a NOPP yet. I was in fact given the form within two minutes since it was my first visit but my initial thought was I wasn't going to receive it because it wasn't communicated with me. It shows they know what they are doing but I do, like other reviews, get the notion they should be more sensitive with communicating that type of information to potential patients and their time. I went for a drug screening and not anything else so I read on an information sheet I was given to fill out that I wasn't suppose to sign at the last two questions if I'm there for a drug screening but I was made to sign it either way. They did not know the reason of my visit nor did they bother to ask after I was called from the sign in sheet. It's all routine which isn't necessarily bad but it may upset other people. I have no issues it's just the details I'm pointing out. I was called to proceed to the screening after a 5-10 minute wait. I emptied my pockets and verified my information was correct then proceed with the screening. After I finished I waited for the person to return to me so I can deliver the sample of my screening and retrieve my stuff for about 40 seconds but I felt I was intruding since there was an employee with another potential patient arriving to the small room to verify their information. I felt I should have been out of there already. The person or "nurse" (I am unsure of their title) returned and apologized for making me wait which wasn't that long but it indeed felt like every second was weighing on me since there were other people already arriving to use their services and we continued to initial the sample and retrieve my stuff and receipt. That tiny delay gave me the realization, what other reviewers believe, that the patients time isn't of a concern to the people operating this department. A few seconds isn't of major concern but nevertheless the visit should be quick and efficient. After leaving I returned to ask if they validate my parking, which they did. That's always nice but the response didn't feel warm and happy it was more of exhausted. I fully understand work can be exhausting but this review is just stating the facts as other people may assume they give attitude which I think is the case considering other reviews so maybe a tiny adjustment with greetings and attitude could be made. If able to I would not give them any stars. I came for a new employee appointment and I got a nurse fresh out of school ( shaking, gave me an extra vision test, didn't know what room to put me into) I bruised from the blood draw and the bruised stayed for about a week. Basically this is where you go for a job right out of school for experience. So you are a guinea pig. I felt like I was a subhuman here. Very curt employees. Not to mention I was here waiting to get called in to start my appointment for 3 hours! I had to return for a shot and they did not even check if my authorization was faxed in just told me I needed to have one. So customer service was out the window as well.
