DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH! - The so called doctors here DO NOT care about the patients that come in. - Doctors do not check your injuries and will blame you for THEIR negligence and lack of medical care.(Danyl Fakhrutdinov) - He also thinks it's ok to down talk young female patients. -I have never in my life received such unpleasant and down right disrespect from medical professionals. -The receptionist usually there around 6pm is so incredibly rude and acts as if you needing medical attention is a nuisance( DON'T choose a medical profession if you're not gonna do your job as a professional and treat patients with respect AND care!) If I could give zero stars, I would. But not so much for Concentra in general as for one specific person in their physical therapy department. Sangmin Lee has zero business dealing with any patient at any clinic anywhere. He seems much more interested in hanging out with the girls at the front counter (who do not seem interested by the way, Sangmin -- just a note to you) than he does about any patient I have ever seen him interact with. When dealing with me, he has shown zero empathy and zero general interest in anything other than checking a box to avoid liability. And today? After getting up early and going to a SCHEDULED appointment -- let's be VERY clear here: an appointment SCHEDULED by Concentra with me-- Sangmin Lee kicked me out of my appointment due to a "paperwork" snafu on THEIR end. A problem that had NOTHING to do with me, in which I had zero accountability. This person who is supposedly a doctor but acts more like a rude 10 year old, seemed relieved when he could once again avoid his job and forced me to leave without receiving the therapy which has been basically the only source of my recovery since my accident two months ago. Parking is a pain since it's only street parking. They are open during business hours for urgent care and 24 hours for worker's comps. The staff were friendly. Service was slow. You have to call their number at 1 (213) 401-1970 to be let in by a staff. The key pad was broken. read more

Things here are glacial it just takes forever. I had to come here to do an employment phyiscal and they told me it would take at least 2 hours, there was barely anyone at the clinic. After waiting for 2 hours , they said oh sorry we'll check on your status. And they said that they pulled all the providers to do a team meeting ( this is at 1300, i've been waiting since 1100) the said that because they pulled all the providers except for one older slower one that its goin to take even longer now. Why would pull all our providers during the most busy time?. So i had to wait another hour for them to draw my blood and take my vital signs (I have great veins, but they managed to miss and I got poked twice to do a simple lab draw, incredibly disappointing). ANyways after getting my vital signs taken and blood drawn i finally saw the provider who checked to see if i was able to move around or bend and squat ( which took like 2 minutes) and then I was finally able to leave. The clinic is in a not so nice area, so becareful you're gonna have to leave your car in a bad neighborhood for like 3 hours. I cant believe this place is so slow. read more

I went in for a Test result, and Jeyci (a medical assistant) was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous towards me in my time being there. The staff was very attentive to others as I was being helped. It was so fast, I didn't even have to sit down--which I know isn't everyone's circumstance. During my consultation, I asked him several follow-up questions about my surgery, but he demonstrated a concerning lack of knowledge and experience. His answers made it clear that he did not have a solid grasp of the subject, leaving me feeling uncertain about his abilities. Based on my experience, I do not recommend seeking treatment from Dr. Land. If you need medical care, it is far better to consult a hospital specialist who is specifically trained in your condition. Theres no parking, no one at the receptionist or intake area even though I came at 5pm on a Sunday but it says they're 24/7. This clinic is so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here I went in today as a walk in to do a physical and TB for my new job. I had my 3yr old daughter with me due to not having a sitter to watch her and they insisted on kicking my 3yr old daughter out of the room where the doctor was going to do my physical and my daughter was sitting quietly on the phone which the physical wasn't much just a few body moments and the doctor stated, " I can't do a physical with her being here." There is always a problem with Concentra. Many businesses and employees there.... I'm not sure why because they have such low ratings among patients. It must be because they're inexpensive. Their wedding rooms are often like airport, terminals, and people sit in row after row of seats while the sick and infectious surround them. They often seem confused even Simple issues like wrapping a sprained ankle.... I would not go there unless I had to. read more

I hate having to get service at Concentra. Wait times are normal for office visits but having to wait in the examination for the doctor for an hour with no type of update or communication on progress can get frustrating. The average expected visit time from check in to check out is 1.5hrs to 2 hours but anytime I've been here in the past it's been 2hrs+. This office is understaffed, messy, and the staff is unprofessional and lacks communication skills. The end to end appointment flow needs to be improved to deliver efficient care. read more

Receptionists are dumb as hell, couldn't print out a piece of paper. I went in for my test result and was told I'm cleared and asked if I'd like a copy. Meaning if I would like them to print the confirmation email, I said yes. This lady told me to sit down and she'll call my name...girl it takes 2 seconds to print paper. And no she was not busy. I waited 20mins, got fed up and went to her desk to let her know to not worry about it, and I'll just have the email forwarded to me. YMMV, but I found the staff to be pleasant. Seems like they only provide services to employers, so it is not really an urgent care facility for those who might be sick or need help. 7/8/2023 Worst care ever. The "doctor" that saw my bf didn't even look throughly at his foot injury. He just took a glance and said it "looks fine". You're basing off the injury by just your eye sight. No examination. It truly grinds my gears when doctors aren't helpful. Then the doctor proceeds to state that my bf is able to go back to work, he works at a WAREHOUSE. It's heavy duty work. My bf explained how a rusted nail pierced his foot at work and there's pain when he walks. There is no way he's able to walk around efficiently. The doctor told him he's able to work a sitting position and the only sitting positions in a warehouse are the heavy machinery. You're telling him that he can drive a heavy machine while having a foot injury that is on his dominant foot (right foot). That doesn't sound safe at all and definitely not very doctor-like. The doctor refused to give a work note excusing him for the day because according to the doctor, he wasn't going to sleep on it. Good luck trying to get decent health care, it was empty after my bf went in and the doctor didn't even bother to take more time to care for his patient. They are severely understaffed for a 24/7 clinic. Their slogan is "Concentra, treated right". The irony. More like treated wrong. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place had so many people working behind the desk and in the back that it made no sense for me and others to have to wait 2 hours or more to be helped! I just came in for a pre-employment health screen which should not have been a 2 hour wait. Once I was called, my nurse Oswald was nice but just had a very thick accent that at times, was hard to understand. He was gentle with giving me my TB test but very stoic while doing the drug test. He was also fun while administering my vision and grip tests. When I saw the doctor(s), there were 3, it was a little bit of a strange experience. 2 of them were training while the 3rd one was instructing. The way they came into the room was as if I had no choice to say "no, I don't want all you people in here!" They just made their way in so fast and began the exam. At the end of my time here, I had left some important forms in the folder that I needed for the new job and instead of just walking back there, I wanted to ask if it was okay for me to do so. Well, that required me to wait again! These people have terrible customer service skills and need to train all their new people appropriately. read more

Absolutely DISGUSTED by the lack of care and lies here. I try to be the nicest person and never cause issues. I wait in your tiny waiting room for hours with 30 other people even though I have an appointment and I'm understanding when things go wrong. But this is ridiculous and I'm now out a weeks worth of pay that the doctors here won't help me with. Got bit by a dog on my dominant hand and was verbally told I "should probably not use it/not work for a week". Well apparently the doctor says one thing but then would stamp my notes with "can go back to work with limited hand usage". So now I'm up shits creek with no workers comp pay even though I literally COULDNT HOLD A PEN my finger was so swollen and painful. Couldn't bend it, couldn't use left hand at all. But because doctor kept stamping my notes with "can work" she completely fucked me over. So I went in for another recheck and decided to ask if she could write a note to explain that she verbally told me this. Doctor tells me "if work couldn't accommodate you then they should pay you for that. I can't go back in the history and change what I wrote" 1. They will not pay me because you said I was able to work. That's it. That's what it takes. 2. I work in the medical field I know you can't change past history that's not what I asked for. ALL I WANT IS A HAND WRITTEN NOTE STATING YOU RECOMMENDED ME TO NOT WORK FOR 1 WEEK!!!! I'm now seeing a hand specialist because my finger is still numb in certain spots and I'm having deep pain in others. I won't be going back here ever again.
