I've been here before probably over 20.years and back then the service was slow still . This clinic has lots of business that send their future employees to have a drug test or physical along with rehab for workman comp claims . For me I just had to piss in a cup (urine test ) lol . Unfricken believable... Do not come here if you don't need to. Service is slower than slow. People checked in after and was seen before...then they give you the impression you almost next...after waiting for and hour and half they call you to take your vitals, then have you sit for another dam 2 hours PLUS!!!! I came here to do a drug screening for work purposes. I've come twice for two separate jobs and both visits were pleasant. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. The staff in the back office performing the screenings are very professional and nice! The location is not great and parking can be challenging. There is a parking lot, but once that is full there is only street parking. There is usually a line down the sidewalk if you come when they first open. However, I have found that between 10-1pm is a good window. read more

Came in for a drug screening waited over an hour and watched people who signed in way later than I did but went in to do their drug screening before me. Went in this morning for a Respirator Evaluation. Concentra is an Occupational Health Service business. They open at 7am but, I left home early anticipating traffic and other people going there. Stood by the main entrance about an hour early and it was worth it. By the time they opened the doors there was quite a bit of people lined up behind me. About 13 to be exact. The Staff was extremely courteous, very helpful and patient. Did the necessary exams and I was out by 7:50am. Again, Amazing Staff! If you don't have an appointment, go there early and be patient. I came here to do testing around August 2020. The company had assigned the testing to LabCorp, they do healthcare diagnostics. For the longest time I could not find anywhere on the island that would do the testing for LabCorp as they were a mainland company. There was a bunch of road blocks with the chain of custody forms, getting a helpful response when calling LabCorp and the other company, etc. Finally after weeks the company told me Concentra would be able to do the testing for me. I was beyond relieved! Concentra is a mainland company that offers urgent care, occupational health care services and more. They are located on Ohohia Street, kind of on the way to the HNL airport. I walked in and explained the LabCorp story, then the worker handed me a few forms to fill out. The workers communicate with each other using a walkie talkie system which was pretty neat. That way everyone knows what's going on and they can help people more efficiently. They had a TV in the lobby area with chairs spaced out apart for social distancing. There was a Keurig there that was out of service due to COVID-19. I waited for a while after I was done filling out my forms. Then they called me back. Everyone that helped me was friendly and professional. They work together well as a team. I accomplished what I needed to that day. read more

Waited more than an hour to be called inside to do the drug test, just to wait again. If only i could choose a drug testing center.. i'd stay away from this one. Waited 2 hours for eye check up. Eye was swollen the whole time waiting. Workers don't seem to care at all.

They have a habit of "losing" your pee test or claiming you never did it. Plus, their customer service and general wait times is atrocious. If you have an opportunity, tell your businesses not to do business with them! It leaves a very bad impression with prospective employees! read more

I've had a couple of situations at work in the last several years to have come to this establishment for workers comp health needs. As a walk-in, yes, it depends how busy they are that determine how long a wait you'll experience. I've always come after lunch hours and never waited longer than 45min. give or take, usually less time than that. If you need to return, they give you an appointment, then there is usually just a short wait on that session to fit you in. Don't blame this clinic for the wait, it is what it is for any walk-in based establishment. As for the staff, I've never had any issues but experienced only friendly and efficient service. The doctors were also kind and knowledgeable. Of course, I prefer not to be here, because that will mean I'm injured, but when I need to, I'm glad this clinic is here. read more

Concentra is a very busy Urgent Care. They accept Workman's Comp, Drug Test etc. The office managed to do social distance in their lobby. The chairs are 6 feet apart. They added more chairs right outside their entrance door. The employees are very nice and accommodating. The doctor's are patient and accommodating too. The interns are well trained too. I had to come here for my pre employment lab test. This is a very busy clinic. You will be waiting a long time. It's best to show up earlier than what you thinking. Although the wait is long, all the staff I dealt with over a span of 7 visits because of PPD testing and all that, every one was so patient and kind and helpful. Couldn't make an appointment because they're "booked out 2 months in advance" 2. Walked in at 8:35, didn't get called until 10:30 to go into get my vitals checked. 3. Waited another hour and a half to actually see a doctor for my physical exam. 4. Then another 20 min to get checked out. It's just chaos in there. Super unorganized. Slow moving doctors. The staff was on it, trying to clean up the doctors mistakes (placing files in incorrect places, not properly filing out paperwork). You'd think because they're such a high demand facility, they have a proper system in place to accommodate the volume of patients they see everyday.. nope!! This office has very low quality medical doctor working. We were there for a full comprehensive medical exam for school. The staff were very nice and pleasant. The doctor who saw my 17 year old daughter did not do any physical exam except he asked her to take her underwear off so that he can see her vagina. Luckily I insisted on being in the exam room with her. Thus nothing else inappropriate took place. The physician did not listen to her heart, lung, or assess her muscle strength, range of motion, or pain level. He asked her questions and wrote his report based on subjective data and no objective data to support the report. We ended up having to do another physical exam with a specialist who did a full physical exam and cleared the misinformation that was written by the doctor at Concentra Medcial. I do not recommend this place for their doctor's substandard medical competency. read more

An absolute disgrace. I waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for a simple urinalysis that should take 10 minutes, max. This place is clearly a profit mill, with upper management cutting corners on staff while patrons waste time in an overcrowded waiting room and develop UTI's. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves and i'll be informing my employer of this uncomfortable experience. If efficiency and respect for people's time aren't a priority, then Concentra shouldn't be in business. read more

1. Parking sucks 2. Lost my documents & had me sign wrong documentation before recovering my documents. 3. Had my wife and I wait over 3 hours before getting started for a long physical 4. They poked my arm in 4 different places from 3 different nurses to draw blood 5. They lost my blood for lab work 6. This is for a job recruitment for overseas deployment 7. In Thailand now waiting for my companies predeployment coordinator to see if I can do blood work here 8. OccuMed insurance is trying to see when I'm coming back stateside to draw blood again 9. The staff is extremely nice with the exception of the girl in front who greets you and takes your information. Perhaps she wasn't having a good day but she appeared to be unhappy and unfriendly. Perhaps I'd be too if I had to greet strangers not knowing their illness or if they have Covid. Their procedure and process of service gets a negative rating from me. Service is so slow, perhaps there should be appointments for your needs then you wouldn't have to wait hours to get your tests. Ok these reviews about hours long wait times had me freaking out! I literally showed up for my drug test with my entire laptop and a ton of "back to school" forms to fill out for my kids....If this was gonna take me three hours, I was gonna make those hours count! I made an appointment for 8am but showed up at 7 when they opened just in case they could take me early. Not only did they not "find my appointment" but I wasn't seen until 9 and didn't leave the clinic until 10am! I was there for 3 hrs for a physical and drug screen!!! Everyone was nice but can the doctor put a little more urgency behind his pace of seeing people. I could literally see the doctor at the end of the hall just sitting on his computer. I had to do a pre-employment drug test, and was given a registration code for here. I called to make an appointment, and they said no need. Just come as a walk in. I rush there after work, through traffic, and stand in line, with an hour and a half to spare before they close. When I get to the counter, they tell me they are short staffed, so they are not doing pre-employment screening, only post accident or random. Well, WHY TF didn't they mention that on the phone?!? What a waste of time. If it's truly first come, first served, with no appointments, shouldn't they just take the next customer? Since this is the only facility that my company uses, there is now a hold up, because they have to send me paperwork to go to a private facility. Get your act together Concentra. This is the worst customer service At least give good information when people call for information, so you're not wasting my precious time and gas. It's also ghetto, with trash all over, inside and outside the building. If you have any choice in testing facilities, DON'T PICK CONCENTRA!!!! So, I did the check in right away, and I was told that DRUG TESTS ONLY START AT 8:30. So I waited an hour and a half for 8:30. BUT, we never got called not until like 10:00. After telling the Nurse Paul Coelho that I could not bend over without pain he decided to put it on my duty status do bend anyway. I had told him that I won't be able to perform my job and I would end up coming back tomorrow and he replied "we'll be here" Totally disregarded what I had to say and not to mention did zero physical exam on me.
