By far the worst clinic I have ever been in. I was being seen for an arm injury that the provider refused to resolve. I lost my job because of this. They kept on telling me to get an x-ray when that's not what I needed and was never what I needed. Why would I need an x-ray for an issue with my tendon. X-rays can't even see tendons or muscles. I may not be a doctor, but I do have several medical certifications, and easily knew they were bs-ing. For several months I had to deal with pain in my arm. I was able to get the issue resolved, but certainly not with Concentra. In fact, Concentra only made my arm hurt more, because they kept putting me through physical therapy. My arm did not need to move more weight. I was already moving a lot of weight at my old job. It was seen as so unnecessary, that even their other physical therapists were confused as to why I kept being sent over to them. I was told only one page would be sent and asked why I had to give my ENTIRE medical history including prescriptions and diagnosis. I was targeted at the job with information that came directly from that paperwork. I know because I went in a year later and got it myself. I asked for everything they sent to the company. During my last physical therapy appt a cpl days ago, they gave me a heating treatment that literally burned the skin off of my back side. I was in a lot of pain not only from the injury I sustained from work but now, also from the skin missing from my back due to the heating treatment given to me during my PT appointment. I came in on Friday with my daughter. She was here for a pre-employment physical and TB test. First off, this wasn't my first bad experience with this place. We arrived early before their 8:30am opening, and didn't leave until almost noon. The waiting room is very small, not at all accessible for individuals with disabilities, like crutches, wheelchairs, etc. While I sat in the waiting room waiting for her, I watched people come in after her and leave before her. When she finally came out, she told me that they put her in a room and forgot about her. They told her that someone erased her name off the board and they just left her in a room with the door closed. She informed me that the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with her, yet she sat in the room for over 2 hours! NOT ACCEPTABLE! She also told me that there was a young man in the next room who passed out after they drew his blood, yet they kept him in a closed room as well. This is a potential liability! Answer me this, if you work in a medical office and you see a patient room with a closed door, why wouldn't you check it?? What if a patient passed out and something happened behind the ignored, closed door? I'm just beside myself at the unprofessionalism at this place. Like I said, not the first bad experience. Quick and easy! I cannot speak to any of the other services they provide however I came in for a work placement test. I did not have an appointment. It seems if you have an appointment you can go on into the lobby and check in but if you are a walk-in you have to stand outside. I arrived a couple minutes after they opened and already there was a line waiting. I waited less than half an hour with about eight people waiting in front of me. Upon checking in at the front desk, in less time that it took me to fill out the form, a technician was already collecting me for my test. In and out in record time! And the staff was very friendly! I recommend this place but as with most places I'm sure they are busier at different times of the day so you should go right when they open if you don't have an appointment. read more

There is no sense of urgency, despite patients piling up like sardines. I don't know if the workers at the front desk are just over it?? There's not too many other explanations as to their attitudes.
